Topic: I cant download anything on my switch

So I tried downloading sky from the eshop the other day and it kept on checking software information and the game’s image didnt load at all I tried alot of different games same problem, Im on the latest software version

Edit: Im new to the website and I dont know how to add images to explain the problem easier

What version and what eShop region are you? And did you check update and restart?
