I go back and forth on my favorite themes in this game. There are too many fantastic ones. I think my favorite might be the Dark Beast Ganon theme due to it linking so many other themes in the game and putting them together in a fantastic way. You hear the main theme, the horse riding theme, the Hyrule castle theme, and I think the blight themes. I also really like the Hateno Village, Korok Forest, Stable, Dragon, and Rito Village themes.
What about you guys?

Hyrule Castle for sure is a very emotional piece. I also love the piano field themes, they're really dynamic and can affect the mood really effectively. The music is very minimalist and subtle even in the towns, that you get a very (appropriately) hollow-sounding ambiance. The battle theme is also dynamic, and that kept it super engaging. I'm obsessed with the game's sound design.
This video highlights everything I mean. Do give it a watch, Scruffy is really attentive.

That's an incredibly tough choice, but my immediate thought goes to Korok Forest. It's surprisingly one of the most earworm-y songs in the series for me. That and the song that plays when you ride a horse around. Though my other favorite songs might be the ones they put in the main trailers. IIRC one of them isn't even in the game.
I really like the slower paced calming songs in BoTW, so Tarrey Town, Lurelin Village, and the night versions of Rito Village and Zora's Domain are a few of my favourites.
I've never spent any time paying attention to which theme was which, but I definitely love the stable theme, and stumbling upon a new Kass location was always such a joy.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
