Pick one for each. Let's see if we can come to some kind of consensus!
My favorite thing about Switch is the way it feels. By that I mean all of the different control options, as well as the smoothness of the OS and touchscreen. The screen itself is beautiful. All 3 of the out-of-the-box control schemes are comfortable for me as well, but my hands aren't that large. I'm looking forward to getting a Pro controller down the line, but I'm completely happy not having it for now.
My least favorite thing is definitely the lack of a web browser! It's a glaring hole in what is otherwise a top notch system. I mean you can basically see that the system has one built-in for various functions like posting to Facebook, so it just feels like a tease. Outside of Zelda and a Snipperclips demo, there's just nothing to do. Here's really hoping (expecting?) Nintendo to fix this ASAP.
I only set it up and linked all my accounts but I would say
Favorite would be the build. It seems like a very well made system. I am handling it with extra care cause of jitters but everything seems really well made and responsive.
Least Favorite would be the kickstand. Seems just a tad flimsy. Like it needs to open a little more for some more stability. Putting it on a ratchet type hinge would help to so you can set it up multiple ways. I do like how it snaps closed so it looks like it wont go anywhere and provides good cover for the sd card.
Favourite: Zelda in bed. Like, I know the whole "take your game with you" thing is pretty much the entire gimmick - so I should have really come to terms with it - but it's still completely caught me off guard. When you're playing it in TV, it's just like any other home console. As in, completely ignored; you're staring at the handling the controllers. But when you pull it out of the dock, it really hits home that this tiny little... screen was behind everything, and you can take it with you. The slickness of Sleep Mode and the Home Menu make all the system's transitions feel seamless. And man... Zelda in bed. I feel it gives you so much more time for the game too. There's only so long I feel I can spend plonked in front of a TV before I start to feel weird about it, but being able to take the adventure anywhere means I can keep exploring. I don't have to sit down, boot up the Wii U, wait for it to whizz the disk up to speed, and then get stuck in. It's just there. Bam.
Least Favourite: The Home Menu doesn't have any characteristically Nintendoey music or sounds effects. I like it visually, but it feels a little bleak from an audio perspective.
My favorite thing about it is how seamless and smoothly everything works. It works pretty much exactly how it was advertised, and that's all I wanted from the system. (Along with good games, of course, but those are coming too, and some really good ones are already released) I was worried it would end up being really clunky, but it does what Nintendo wanted it to do.
My least favorite thing is how easily scratched the system seems to be, and how the dock apparently scratches the heck out of it when taking the system in and out of it. My Switch is basically living in the dock until I get a tempered glass screen protector, and that's really annoying. I shouldn't have to rely on products like this just to use the system's most basic function without scratching it.
I do wish the JoyCon grip was a little more comfortable as well, but the Pro feels amazing, and totally solves that problem.
Favorite: It's probably the "Switch" factor but that's easy so I'll say instead the multi-region eshop access. It's rad having my standard account and a Japanese account that I can jump between with ease and download from either region.
Least-favorite: Talking about it. I wanna go online and have fun discussing the Switch experience with lots of people but the internet is toxic and people need to ruin anything they can.
Game(s) right now: Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon, World of Final Fantasy Maxima
Favorite: The variety of ways you can play it. I don't have a pro conroller right now but the joycons on the grip feels really good and handheld mode is right up there.
Least Favorite: I can't really think of anything right now. I guess the screen gets smudged easy but a screen protector will fix that right up.
@Masurao the cable that goes from the dock to the outlet right? (at least I don't think there was a separate charging cable with the system)
Ya it's pretty short... with the position of my TV, I need to use an extension cord to connect it. So I'd say it is also what I don't like about it. As for my favourite thing, probably being able to play it away and on the TV.

Favorite Thing: The quality of the system itself. It seems so high-quality and expensive for its price. I know some people have had issues, but mine personally has worked perfectly so far. (This is my favorite, unless you count Zelda).
Least Favorite: There are not applications packed in like the 3DS and Wii U had, and the included menus are kind of barebones as a result. I miss the Activity Log quite a bit.

It also sold me there, since I've always favored handhelds.
Least favorite - the lack of VC.
The thought of (potentially) having everything from the GameCube and back all officially on the go has had me hooked, so I hope things are being ironed out this minute to finally realize that!
P.S. Another thing that has left me -sorely- disappointed is no Streetpass(-like) option; I feel a lot of potential was lost there... I'm full aware it would've been another thing to take a toll on the battery though.
One small thing that I'll nit-pick about is that when you have multiple region accounts on the same system (I have a main Australian account, and a dummy Japanese account for downloading demos), the News page and the stories that occasionally appear on the left of the screen when waking the system up from sleep mode combines the News stories from both regions. I would imagine that if I had even more different region accounts on the same console that the News/Ads from those regions would be combined as well.
Also, I wish that transferring Mii from past systems wasn't restricted to amiibo. I don't particularly mind as I have an abundance of them, but for those who do not, transferring Miis can be frustrating. I guess the cheapest option for those with no amiibo is to just buy a pack of amiibo cards for the sole purpose of transferring Miis between systems.
"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
@Masurao ah, I didn't realize that haha @sillygostly right, I thought I'd at least be able to transfer my Mii from Wii U/3DS or Miitomo, but you either have to make one from scratch or transfer through an amiibo...
Favorite thing about Switch: No achievements. Yes this is actually a benefit for me. I ended up somewhat addicted to trophies and achievements to the point I wasn't enjoying the games I was playing anymore until I switched to PC gaming where steam still has achievements, but they are more of an after thought that is tucked away in the back instead of in your face all the time.
Least favorite thing about Switch: Lack of messaging and voice chat built into the system. Yes I know they will have the app, but that requires the use of a tablet or smart phone and is not available currently.

Favourite thing: Power management i.e. speed to go from game, to standby, back to game
Least Favorite thing: Power management i.e. sleep mode not as quick as 3DS, and it takes a pretty long button hold and then four more button presses to turn the thing off completely. And then when I plug in the charging cable it goes and auto switches back on! Srsly Nintendo, y u no want me save pwr?
@Maxz: Users are reporting that foreign eShops will not accept their card or currency, so perhaps your best option is to import foreign eShop cards from websites such as Play-Asia.

Everything about it. The hybrid nature, seamless transition, snappy UI, amazing Joycons and playing one in each hand, having the best game ever made as a launch title, how small it is... it's just a great console
Least Favorite
Prone to scratches, Joycon straps, no way to post pics to Twitter yet, no way to add friends through Twitter yet, no way to move data between SD and system, not enough icon choice.
@sillygostly
I read it was reported you can use cards for other region eShops. Maybe people are just having issues with their bank putting a hold due to the foreign transaction...?

That could very well be the case but I cannot confirm. At the moment, I don't intend to purchase anything from the Japanese eShop as I only intend to use it for downloading Japan-only demos. I will consider importing Japan/Asia-exclusive physical titles. Love the fact that it's now region free.
Really? I can post pictures to Twitter...that's really strange.
Favourite Thing:
Just everything about the portability, the instant option for multi-player fun, the design and how it looks so sleek and feels like a well made and premium product.
Least Favourite:
The scratch prone screen and the difficulty in the straps sliding on and off (I always think I'm going to break my joy-con!) and I love the OS a lot but I definitely miss the "typically Nintendo" background music.
