It's been mentioned but I'll also vote for Rune Factory 5. You can develop romantic relationships with every character despite your character's and their genders, and even marry one candidate. I cannot say if the representation is good enough, but I think it's pretty good.

Zelda and Sonic forever, just not in a shippy way.

Currently I played Story of Seasons Pioneers of Olive Town on PS4 and I dated 4 dudes over there and I played as a boy character.
So I prepare at least 4 save slots for my 4 dudes as my husband and they are Ralph, Emilio, Jack and Damon.
