I just pre-ordered Super Mario Bros. Wonder - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup In Bellabel Park. I've been wantIng to play it, but I've been waiting for the Switch 2 update.

I just bought the (Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition) Switch 2 upgrade.

Picked up the NS2 Hori puff pouch carrying case (gengar and mimikyu edition). There are 6 game card slots and a compartment to store the ac adapter, but it can even fit a pro controller!

Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour

I just bought the jam-packed swag bag DLC for Dragon Quest VII Reimagined.

I only got my Switch 2 very recently, worried about a price hike due to ramegeddon. So in the last week I bought;

The Bioshock Trilogy which was £7.99 for all three games. I loved these games in the past and love the idea of playing them portably on Switch.

Wolfenstein 2 the new colossus which I think was £5.24. A hugely ambitious game for Switch and just seemed amazing value too.

Mario Kart World which was £31.99 from ebay as a code. There was a £5 off reduction if you paid directly with your bank so did that to bring it down to that price.

Lastly I used my Skyrim cartridge to buy the Anniversary upgrade for £10.79 and got the free upgrade to Switch 2 edition plus I believe I can now sell on Skyrim cartridge as the anniversary versions do not need the skyrim cartridge present. I will test this though of course. Great timing as they have just sorted out Skyrim on Switch 2. Portable graphics as low as 360p upscaled is a little annoying though but lovely fluid gameplay and much lower input latency.

Generally I only buy Nintendo hardware for the big games and only buy cartridges so I can sell them on when finished with the game. So this is a bit of a change for me to buy so many digital games but when on offer the digital pricing can be ridiculously low. I had to have Mario Kart World (the game I bought the console for really).

My last purchase (which was a gift) was Metroid Prime Beyond (Digital), played it for about an hour, not played it since. Boring game. Just feels like any other boring FPS game. I'd much prefer Nintendo to make a Metroid game in traditional side-scrolling format, updated to be 3D-side-scroll much like Mario Wonder.

I have no plans to purchase anymore new games until the next mainstream Mario and Zelda arrive.

I just bought BotW used from Gamestop, I borrowed it from my cousin last year and beat the main game but I wanted to play the DLC.

Resident Evil: Requiem (standard edition) and the RE:R themed NS2 Pro Controller. It was pricier than I'd like but the controller is pretty awesome looking.

I just pre-ordered (Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage) paid in full from Gamestop.

Finally pulled the trigger and got Pokopia digitally

Just bought Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. It'll be the next game I play after I've finished Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties. Really enjoying all these AAA games on Switch 2.

I just bought (Blue Prince) off Eshop while it's 35% off. It's got an 92 on metacritic so I thought i'd give it a try.

I just bought (PGA Tour 2k25) on sell off of Eshop.

Despite still not having a Switch 2 yet, I'm considering buying a copy of Kirby Air Riders from an acquiant of mine that is selling it.

Yes, I don't have the system yet, but my sister and nephew have one, so I could get the game and for the time being play it when I visit them.
