Topic: Nintendo Music App

New app update is out now.

I'm not entirely sure what the top of the home screen is for (above Recent Highlights); I assumed it was for the most recently listened too songs, but I recently listened to a Fire Emblem Awakening song and the game does not appear in this area.

Mine all look like tracks I've listened to recently but if I play new ones the list doesn't change. Maybe it is a weekly or monthly list?

My guesses for this week are Link’s Awakening (game boy), Majora’s Mask, and the rest of splatoon 3

I listened to those tracks on loop before I started playing too. Have you played any of the older Prime games? It feels like a natural evolution of 3 to me and I'm loving being back behind the visor.

Like @FishyS I tend to predict by anniversary so I'm going to say Mario Kart DS and NintendoLand as well. I'm additionally going to take a punt on partial Super Smash Bros Ultimate drop because I very much doubt we get the pre-existing tracks from 3rd party games.

I'm guessing the rest of Splatoon 3, Super Mario 3D World, or Donkey Kong Country Returns.

By the way it looks like Ver. 1.5.0 is being rolled out which adds a 'Year in Review' feature which could be neat!

Another thing that might be in Ordertune’s favor this week is the fact that Big Run is this weekend. Might be a good time to remember fond memories of the Grand Festival’s Big Run.

I'd like to change my votes, given that I've been saying NintendoLand will be coming for a while, and I forgot about the Japanese anniversary. So my new guesses will be

No "funny" guess this week!

I was just made aware that this week's drop coincides with the 15th anniversary of Donkey Kong Country Returns in Japan, so I'm changing my Majora prediction to DKCR.

@Robot99 This week is also the first anniversary of Super Nintendo World’s DK expansion, which is heavily Returns-themed, so that also makes this a good guess.

@Dev-N Imagine if they really tricked us and had the track be for Super Nintendo World itself rather than for a game.

For anyone who doesn't already know, don't bother listening to this OST, it's pretty bad and annoying lol. Not as bad as the handheld Yoshi titles but it's up there.
