hehe
I'm on 130 something orbs at the moment. Might summon for the 3rd time, I've been saving them and still need to finish the story on normal alone..
If I'm not sleeping, I'm playing games. Or watching something. Or reading something. Or doing something else. Actually there's a whole lot I could be doing at any given time. You know what ignore all of this, I'm not making sense.
I summoned 3 times and got 2 three star Henry in one and 2 three star Laslow in the other... most of my units were 3 stars and I only got 2 new characters from 15 total...
Probably the worst summons I've ever had so far.
I used the 20 orbs provided with the update. Sadly mostly repeats but I did get Florina which is cool and with a earlier summoning session I got Eliwood. Receiving any characters from the GBA or Tellius games means more to me than from the other games.
Before you say anything, while I do prefer those over Awakening and Fates there are some things the 3DS games did very well.
Wow... I really haven't played this game much in about a month or so, but I logged in today just for the 20 orb bonus. I did a summon, and managed to get 2 5-Star Ninian units in the same roll!
Is this lucky or did they just increase appearance rates? Is there any benefit to keeping two of her, and if not what can I do with the second one?
@FriedSquid lucky
It probably isn't that helpful to use 2 dancers at once, but if you combine two units of the same level then the unit's stats will get a bonus so that would probably be best.
@yokokazuo I see, I will do that then. Both at level 1, Ninian A has 1 more point than Ninian B in both Atk and Def, but Ninian B has 2 more points in Speed than Ninian A. Should I keep the faster one, or the one with higher Atk and Def? Or does it not matter much? Thanks for the input!
And yeah I suppose it was lucky, but I would have preferred a different 5 Star character than a duplicate. If only trading was an option, I would offer it to someone here.
I'm jealous. Dragons are pretty good, but having one that can dance? I'm gonna guess that Ninian is OP just based on those, and right now being a blue color gives her an advantage against like a third of the current meta. I was actually planning on saving orbs until I realized she was a blue dancing dragon.
It seems the game is expanded quite a bit next month. New situations are being added like having to defend a point for a certain number of turns or reinforcements being added to the map. FE7's Lloyd is going to be a Grand Hero battle somewhat soon too.
@edhe You're right, but that only seems to apply to quests. All characters that players will have access to as of right now are locked to the same skills.
My most recent pull netted me two 3* Sophias (I've had 3 already), a 3* Hinata (have already), a 3* Niles (at least he's new), and 4* Klein. This really is frustrating when I'm trying to pull a character and I don't even get a chance at the color I want because they have me 3 of the most common one instead that I have to pull from.
Just had an interesting session with Heroes this time using the Inheritance mechanic. There's some weird stuff.
I sacked my FemRobin and gave her Blue Tomebreaker 3 to M!Robin. To be good against Red and Colorless, and have advantage on Blue Tomes is gross lol.
Planning to do a few things.
Seliph - Will get Vantage 3.
Marth - Got Darting Blow, will get Moonbow and Renewal 3.
Lilina - Will get Iceberg and Wings of Mercy.
There's things to do now and the game is starting to pick up again. It's pretty interesting to know that no two units will be the same. Orbs also aren't becoming a problem again, the only thing now they need to fix is the feathers.
I wasn't even aware Inherit Skill was live. I'm not sure what I want to do yet, but brave weapons are always a good bet for those that can't acquire anything better.
Hana, for example, would benefit from a brave weapon, because of her high damage (boostable with a flat Atk+ ability if I can find one). My Sully and Eliwood can probably benefit from some skills too, but I'd have to look through what I've got first.
As for the orbs, there's a lot up for grabs with the Training quests, although one of them requires 4 Knights, and I only have 2 Draugs and a Sheena.
So basically all I've determined with the skill inherit is that characters with Vantage 3 (especially below 5*) are going to be super valuable. All I'm aware of right now is Lon'qu (gets Vantage 3 at 4* rank), but I'm sure there are more. Rally skills are also going to be valuable since it seems like they're learned at low ranks and most offensive units don't learn anything for their support slot.
I am glad that certain skills don't transfer (Dance, staff-based Healing skills), though I wish it was a little more limited. I'm not seeing a ton of restrictions so far, and Vantage Takumi's are going to be ridiculous.
