Yes these images are legit lol also Kirby is coming to Mario Kart World. Unrelated but yeah. This is a open world Mario game (as expected) however each environment does have 8 traditional Mario levels that you can access via "Warp portals"? These are full fledged Mario levels as well like 3D World scope. I dont know of any mechanics in this game though. Apparently this game will launch in September 2026. Some level themes include

1. Sci-fi Arabian desert that combines the past and future

2. Full on dinosaur island with beaches, jungles, abandoned science labs, etc.

3. A beach that's been overrun by bees turning water into honey.

4. Cloud world inspired by a medieval village featuring cottage like villages, massive castles, and huge vertical platforming areas. Mario could traverse the world by riding on the backs of giant whales and stingrays that appear from the clouds

5. An ice and fire world where Mario can flip the theme on a whim. Is there a lava lake blocking your path? Simply flip the world to ice and now you can swim across the water.

Apperantly the in house name Nintendo is using is World-Wide however the final release title is Freedom

Super Mario Freedom is a Romhack last I heard.
