@Mickeymac I didn't want to mention this, but I've been thinking twice about purchasing Skyward Sword. The Zelda storyline is just becoming too akward and misconstrued for me. (<:

@zezhyrule Yes, because the story will determine the gameplay to a certain extent. I'm not going to purchase Skyward Sword just because it's a Zelda title. Nintendo needs to realize that customers might purchase Skyward Sword just because it's a Zelda title, not because it's worthy. This is the reality that needs to be faced. I'm sorry I don't live in a fairy tale world full of golden coins and talking mushrooms, WAKE UP PEOPLE! (<:
Let's see... Skyward Sword, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, Final Fantasy XIII-2 (think it's 1st Q '12). And any random VC releases that pique my interest. I imagine I'll get a PS Vita eventually, but not until a game comes out that I'm interested enough to buy it to play (a Final Fantasy game or something special from Capcom or Konami). Saving money for Wii U!
And pretty much all the first-party titles for the Wii/DS/3DS that have been announced. It's a sad holiday season for my wallet. One 3rd-party title I can think of is Harvest Moon: A Tale of Two Towns on the 3DS.
@Mickeymac I tried Devil Survivor and enjoyed it, well until my DS lite was stolen. I really don't plan to purchase another DS now. But if any future titles are modified for Wii, I'll most definitely make it a consideration. It's one of the only few niche rpgs I ever enjoyed. (<:
Skyrim, Zelda: SS, Ultimate MVC3, Gears of War 3 and Arkham City are tops for me, although there is at least half a dozen more I won't be able to afford right away. Also, this has gotten me excited for Deus Ex all over again:
"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
Nintendo 3DS Mario Kart 7 Sonic Generations Super Mario 3D Land Mighty Switch Force
Nintendo Wii The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Super Mario Galaxy 2 (haven't bought it yet) Mario Party 9
(Spoilers) I've been so excited for The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword that I think I might have been thinking to hard about it but now I think that I've gotten something. I suspect that the magical sword is a shape shifting girl. How do I know? Does anyone remember a show called 'Dave The Barbarian.' After reading things from different Nintendo news sites I put two and two together and I remember Dave's sword in the show and so that's how I came to my conclusion!

I agree. Zelda games can't reach their full potential if the developers are focusing on story and gameplay. Some of the stuff that's been said about Skyward Sword has me thinking that won't be the case, though.
Anyway, I'm pretty excited for Super Mario 3D Land, mainly because I think there should have been a Mario game like this a long time ago.
