I've noticed that, in the Mario Kart series, Yoshi is classified as a light character. However, in Super Smash Bros, he's considered heavy. Just which one is he? Since he's a dinosaur and can easily support Mario, he should be at least as heavy as Mario, but in Yoshi's Island, the Goombas aren't even affected when Yoshi jumps on them, while Mario outright flattens them.
Your face in the icon tells me you want an answer to this question XD
Well what I think is that it could be different yoshi's, maybe the lighter yoshi's don't eat as much and works out, while the heavier yoshi's just fill there belly's with food and goomba's and are lazy and don't work out.
But maybe, you're not playing as yoshi at all!?!?!?!?!
I made Sheldon & Mr. Randoms back on Flipnote Hatena, now i'm a kangaroo mod that has a funko pop collection!
I'm not keen politics since that stuff is spooky, I'd rather watch SpongeBob over Fox News anyways!
I'd say the more interesting question is whether or not Yoshi is hermaphroditic. Yoshis are always described as a "he" and yet they all seem to lay eggs. Unless he's really just flinging feces instead of eggs, of course.
"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
THEORY! OMG
Yoshis mature much longer than humans. The yoshis from the original Yoshi's Island were pretty young, so they were still small. The heavy Yoshi in Super Smash Bros is Green Yoshi from Yoshi's Island ( along with the others as alternate costumes), now fully grown and so larger. The light Yoshi in Mario Kart is the one that was born at the end of Yoshi's Island DS, now almost Mario and Luigi's age. Since it's not mature yet, it's about the size of the Yoshis in Yoshi's Island. Does anyone agree?
