The worst cartoon I've ever seen is probably "Uncle Grandpa" on Cartoon Network. It's extremely unrealistic (even for a cartoon) and the plot could've been written by a 5 year old!
Agree. I don't know why people are hating on Johnny Test when they should be hating on this thing staring them in the face. It's so, so bad and I hate it for even trying to stand beside the good shows (Regular Show, Adventure Time, Gumball.)
Also, I don't know if this counts as a cartoon, but The Annoying Orange was about, say, five times worse than anything anyone else has mentioned.
Fish Hooks - that show is just one big pile of puke. Badly animated, incredibly creepy, highly stereotypical, a total affront on all senses, morally confused, and very meanspirited with not a single likable character in it. Shaun White, did you really lend your voice one time to this mess!? No wonder you didn't do good at the Sochi Olympics this year! And if you've actually been to high school like I have, then this romanticism of it is a total insult! Thank God it's not a show I watch often... but I still have nightmares when I think about it based on what I've seen. It's one of those rare things that's left me scarred.

Now if we're on the subject of worst Peanuts cartoon special ever, I'll gladly throw in my two cents for It's Your First Kiss, Charlie Brown. First of all, when I think "first kiss", I think locked lips, not Charlie Brown kissing a girl his age on the cheek. Second of all, Charlie Brown's crush the Little Red Haired Girl, whose name is Heather here, has got screen time, but she is a BORE! She is the most uninteresting side character in this special, for any time we cut to her she either bops her head or waves; she's bland! BE INTERESTING!!!! Okay, now for the main reason that I don't like this special; I find it to be highly meanspirited. I feel that everyone is mean to Charlie Brown here, for no damn reason; no damn reason. Okay, so they're playing football (oh, I'm sorry, I mean "rugby") and there are a few times when Lucy is holding the ball for Charlie Brown, but as is the norm for the series once he comes close to kicking it, he flies in the air because she pulls it away from him. I wouldn't mind it so much if it wasn't happening on an important football game, which is exactly what happens here! Worse yet, she pulls the ball away in the final seconds of the game, all to mess with Charlie Brown, taking away their chance of beating the opposing team by just one point! ONE FREAKING POINT! Oh, I haven't gotten to the best part! Anytime time that Lucy messes up the game, the blame is assigned to Charlie Brown! ... Freakin' what?! WTF is this scapegoating bullcrap?!? Is everyone in the audience so benign that despite seeing these events happen, they end up believing something else happened? What bull crap!!! Even Peppermint Pattie, the team leader and person who crushes on Charlie Brown, is mean to him (comparing him to "zeroes" after Franklin brought up a question about "X"s "0"s and what they meant earlier). Oh, my mistake, I haven't gotten to the best part yet! After the game they're inside a dance hall, and everyone is still blaming Charlie Brown for the loss;... even Lucy is blaming him, when she was the whole damn reason they lost in the first place! Lucy van Pelt, BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP YOUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! But you know what gets to me the most about this special, despite all that meanspiritedness? They expect us to forget the meanspiritedness in the end, after Charlie Brown kisses Heather and becomes the life of the party afterwards; nononononono, I'm sorry, you can't do that, the damage is already done. You cannot make up for so much blandity and meanspiritedness by throwing in a forceful ... Oh, my God, this special makes me so mad even when I'm not watching it and when I think about it! With all due respect to Schulz the creator of the characters and person in charge for this special, I just did not like this one. As someone who normally likes the Peanuts specials, this one just offended me and I thought it was so bad that it made me wonder why I even like the specials to begin with; that is not a reaction a series special should result in. I'd say that Hey Arnold! The Movie is worse (as it's 75 minutes long and not 22 minutes long), except that movie as boring and unoriginal as it is wasn't meanspirited and it occasionally had very decent animation and there were a couple (emphasis on "a couple") moments that were funny; It's Your First Kiss, Charlie Brown just makes me want to punch someone really hard, it's not funny (I usually don't get this enraged after watching a really bad animated anything). I bring that one up because they're both the property of Paramount.
This one gets to me particularly because it's a kid's program. A kid's program; really think about that for a second! Any impressionable kid would've watched this and misconstrued the message and moral behind it; except there is no moral, but they there will be one in the form of "if you get unfairly blamed for the loss of the game even though it wasn't your fault, you'll still get the girl in the end and wash away people's unjustified anger towards you". What kind of message is that that you're trying to give to kids?! The Christmas Tree's nonsensical "you always win when you're good" "moral" made more sense by comparison (the only reason I didn't nominate The Christmas Tree was because it made me laugh, but for all the wrong reasons). If I ever have kids and want to introduce them to the Peanuts series, I'll make sure this special is not one of them.
I generally stay away from modern daytime cartoons, so I can't form an opinion on most of them, BUT, I did have the misfortune of catching a few episodes of Teen Titans Go!... Boy, they absolutely butchered the legacy of the original series.
On the topic of AS, most everything they come up with. The worst though, are Black Dynamite, 12 Oz. Mouse, and Superjail!.

Hm, a tough question. There's so much stuff I hate about todays cartoon standards, and it's really hard to pick the one I deem worst. So I'll make a Top 3 list of insults to the genre:
Spongebob Squarepants: Just like most above, I used to like it, but the new episodes are just disgusting beyond recognition.
Rabbids Invasion: it's just so... pointless. I don't see the joke in mentally damaged alien rabbits doing random stuff.
Family Guy: I don't wanna start an argument about it, so let's just say I hate it.
And since others did so, I'll grab a quck list for animé, as well:
Kill la Kill: It started decently, but quickly lost everything worthwhile to degenerate into a mashup of blatantly bad fanservice and a terrible excuse of a plot.
Maken-Ki: this stuff is just one of many destroyers of the animé business. Why must there always be humongous boobs in animé nowadays?!
Shingeki no Kyoujin: well sorry to all fans, but it sucks. The half-baked story is wrapped up halfway through, and all else is Naruto-quality fights (yes, that's a legitimate insult to SnK, it really is that bad).

I can't believe that I forgot to mention modern Spongebob in my other post, the average modern Spongebob episode is actually as awful as that What-A-Cartoon toon I've mentioned in my other post. There was one where he fell in love with a Krabby Patty and he still loved it even after it rotted. :X
Fairly Odd parents used to be great. Lots of humor and inside jokes I'm just getting today. It died off, and they keep trying to bring it back so.... Desperately. They throw in a baby to make it 'fresh and new'. Just got worse from there. They threw in a dog, still kept getting worse. Not sure what they're doing now. It's like trying to revive a zombie. It doesn't work.
As for worst show, it's gotta be Breadwinners. Fart jokes weren't that funny even when they were introduced 10 years ago. What the hell makes it funny now if it happens every 3 seconds?

I watched Fairly Oddparents about a year ago and I had no clue as to what I was looking at either. That was a really good and original show back in the day too. Fairly Odd and Spongebob are just running on fumes now. Those are shows that just overstayed their welcome.
Remember Rugrats and the Wild Thornberrys and CatDog and the Weekenders and Kim Possible and the Power Puff Girls and Samurai Jack and..... you see where I'm going with this? Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends was the last cartoon I found entertaining.
