Windows 8, no money.

So The consumer Beta event starts in about 20 minutes. There is also an xbox event today but that's embargoed until next week.

The Beta will be avaible at the start of the event but i'm waiting until the weekend as the servers are going to get hard.

Putting the consumer preview on my computer this weekend. With the expection of Engadget all the previews have been really positive so far. loving the look of that xbox app. (even though it makes more sense on a tablet.)

why did they create a while new interface since they allow you to use the classic one? I wont pay hundreds of dollars for an "addon". I'll stick with 7 too...

Yes, why did they create a new User Interface that works almost identically (on the surface) to their Windows Mobile platform that they've invested billions into? Almost as if they're trying to get everyone used to the mobile OS through the back door or something. ¬_¬

I feel like I've seen that style before...

Honestly I'll keep windows 7 until it becomes completely obsolete.
