Yeah, if there's one thing for certain it's that in the (unlikely) scenario that there is a screen, it is most definitely not going to be powerful enough to rival existing and/or recent handheld games consoles. For a start, the console price would be astronomical. And it rather shoots the possibility of multiplayer in the foot if extra controllers are going to set you back £100+ (~$160) a time. I mean, for a lot of people, £50 for a Wiimote + Nunchuck is already pushing it considerably. This is multiplayer that Nintendo practically thrives on these days, they're not going to want to kill that market.
For some reason, the thought really iffs me. Keep your DS's for that. This is a home console, and we don't really need this feature. I don't even get what the screen on the controller would do if we get it, but we shall see.
@TokyoRed I am currently thanking God because that image isn't official. That looks beyond uncomfortable, specifically the placement of the second trigger buttons.
"He also stated that the 3D features the system offers are revolutionairy and stunning, because you don´t need any glasses or 3DTV to experience it!" I'm calling massive piles of steaming bullship on the whole thing.

ROFL. I know right?
Nintendo has already made it clear that the home console won't be 3D. Unless Nintendo is trying to trow us off track in order to keep things a surprise at e3 2011?

Those images that are up on the Nintendo Life front page are obviously false in my opinion. At lest they don't look like anything authentically Nintendo. They look worse than the fake Zune X images that were circulating before the E3 of 2009.
And the name Project Cafe isn't even very creative or imaginative in regards to an electronic device, much less one coming from the imaginative minds of the people at Nintendo of Japan. I could see Project Cafe being the name of something coming from Java systems or Jagex but not from Nintendo. There also wasn't any information of any real substance on those photographs. If it was actually real then Nintendo would have ensured that those images were taken offline immediately.
