So who/what do you think is the most important figure on the internet? Google? Apple? Annoying Facebook girls? Memes? Trolls?
Personally, I feel 4Chan runs everything. I mean, look at the equally hilarious and disgusting thing they did to Youtube awhile bakc, and how most memes come from them. I feel as though everything important on the internet is seen on them or from them.
And yes, no one actually runs the internet. I'm not a conspiracy theorist.

Actually, when you think about it, Chuck Norris is weakest on the internet, because its already burned out as an overused meme. It exists mainly IRL.
