Bowser. He's just really awesome. I've liked him since I was a kid. A giant spikey turtle monster that can breathe fire and has studded collars all over his body. Plus he is pretty fun in Mario RPGs.
I don't know my favorite but im gonna put out some that I like.
dry bones, dry bowser, boo/king boo, wario, and maybe rudy the clown (the only clown that I like)
