Topic: Who is your favorite famous or fictitious mother?

Personally, my favorite is the Alien Queen. Despite the decidedly one-sided battle at the climax, I consider the Queen to be a real mean mutha.

I'm disappointed that the Alien Queen wasn't used to her full potential. (possible spoilers ahead) She had four arms, a wicked tale, and a mean second mouth, but Ripley clobbered her with barely a scratch. Cameron nerfed what could have been a really epic battle.

Oh, Chi-Chi and Android 18 as well. They are my kind of women- even if they'd be scary to have as a mother or wife or even an aunt. Or whatever.

Marge Simpson. She'd have to be some kind of fantastic woman to put up with Homer's crap.
Any guy would feel very lucky to have her around. She might nag a bit but she cares.

Also I think Princess Fiona from the Shrek movies is the sweetest Ogre mom around.

Marge is a great woman but that voice... lol it might sound shallow but there are just certain tones or sounds a person can make with their voice that would just grate on me as time goes on. Marge's is one of them.

true, her voice was terrible, but her wisecracks were always spot-on IMO :3

Ironic considering Mama in Doki Doki Panic became Luigi when it became Super Mario Bros 2.
