I love my avatar but it's so typical. I want one that explains my character in real life. I was thinking of a Chocobo of some sort. Every time i hear the Chocobo's theme song in Final Fantasy games i always smile.Maybe a chocobo with a mohawk.

Beaker. Grew up watching the Muppet Show. I'm probably showing my age because most of the people here probably have never even heard of the Muppets, let alone seen their show.
Sometimes in the lab, I feel like Beaker, which is why I use him as an avatar.
Another reason to have an avatar: characteristics. I thought of posting Ristar because he's cool, but then I began to feel moody and changed it to a Gobbo, to make me seem nicer (correction, I am nice). Then I switched over to Ryu from Breath of Fire, becuase he's one of my favorite RPG characters from one of my favorite RPGs (he also happens to have long hair, which is kind what I'm going through now). Finally, I decided to choose Moe from the Starfy games. Except unlike him, I don't make wisecracks, which usually kills a sidekick for me [cough The Legend of Spyro's Sparx cough]. Although, Moe is probably the only wisecrack sidekick that I tolerate to the highest amount.
Trogdor (from homestarrunner.com) juxtaposed with Nite Owl from Watchmen. my favorite website and favorite graphic novel (or book period). there is also a line in the comic qouting from the Book of Job in the Bible (i am also a Christian) where Job describes himself saying, "I am a brother to dragons and a companion to owls." so i thought it fit.
