What is it about this company that keeps you coming back?

The um Games? I don't know what else is there? I suppose the platforms the games are on as well.

"They played us like a damn fiddle!" - MGS5
"Finish your mission, prove your loyalty." - MGS3
"We could take a s*** on you from such a height, you'd think God himself has crapped on you!" - GTA: SA
Currently Playing: The Phantom Pain.

The games. It's way I bought the Wii U. Sony & Microsoft seem to only care for shooters & interactive movies these days and I want to play platformers and top notch action adventure games.

Well yeah guys I know the games, but what is it about Nintendo games that you think make them special?

That Nintendo Charm, I don't know what it is but when I play a Nintendo game always get this feeling I don't get when I play on the PS2/4 or 360

The games. As @Akazury said, it's the Nintendo charm!

I will update this when Half Life 3 arrives. [Started 17/11/2015]

Well...they're a rather creative bunch. They make games that are just bizarre and creative, and more importantly are fun.

There is nothing here...except for the stuff I just typed...

micronean

they have a much more open/creative philosophy than the others. and the games are fun and replayable.

Bolt_Strike

They're the only ones with any real creativity and originality.

It's hard for me to tell if its something special nintendo does or just my own nostalgia for my childhood but there is a distinct difference in the feeling I get when I play a nintendo game/system compared to others. The feeling is hard to explain but I'm sure others know what it feels like.

Quality. Sure, a lot of third parties can be just as good (and sometimes better than Nintendo) but no one is anywhere near as consistent in their quality. I regretted very few purchases of Nintendo games at full price. I've actually sworn off buying full price for most other companies because of that lack of consistency and the fact that most of them throw it in the bargain bin right before the next one in the series comes out (I'm not made of money so if you don't trust the longevity of your game, why should I?). You can NEVER replace games like Super Mario World or Mario Galaxy, no matter how many other good Mario games they make. They're all stand-alone good.

The franchises & the fact that the franchises I love keep getting high quality installments with fresh takes on them.

Looking forward to: No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again

I'm not a fanboy I just love videogames. If they're good I play them I could care less what console they're on.

They are the ones that can only make Mario the way he is! Also Nintendo is someone you can expect to do something different and something you can trust with. I love Nintendo and its because they always manage to keep my spirits up with their memorable series. They rarely disappoint me with their games and for that I love em and my biggest dream is to make games exclusively or work only for Nintendo!

I always study their histories one by one and I almost know every little thing in them. You name it

After so long...I'm back. Don't ask why
