More Japanese words! I try to make a point of learning at least three a day, no matter what else I have going on. My recent favorites are Tegami (letter- as in mail), Murasaki (purple), and Hachimitsu (honey). I probably know 350+ words (not counting borrowed words) at this point, but learning Japanese seems to feel impossible at times. I just have to keep telling myself to go a little at a time.

I actually never bothered to learn what bear was yet, so thanks!
Also, on the subject of animals, I know, excluding dog and cat:
Saru = Monkey
Usagi = Rabbit
Ushi = Cow
Sakana = Fish
Uma = Horse
Hebi = Snake
Raion = Lion
Kaeru = Frog
I learned that the design of the robot my group in the college is making only had a few small flaws!
and that after almost one year playing Kid Icarus: Uprising I still get distracted with that battery display on the edge of the screen when it turns orange or red(that, in my opinion, is the only notable problem in the game)
and last but not least even in brazil trains and subways are neat places to leave the StreetPass on(already knew it before. but now it's pretty much a fact not a lucky guess)
Edit: and that people with ADHD like me aren't so rare anymore...
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn
now working at IBM as helpdesk analyst my Backloggery
