This site has tons of sheet music from all of Nintendo's major franchises and also a lot of third party games. You can listen to the music being played before you print it, and best of all, it's all free! I've printed off a bunch of songs and they sound great. Give it a try!

The only problem is, a lot of the sheet music on that site is very simplified, and sometimes even wrong. I usually just dictate what I hear onto staff paper myself, which takes forever, but I know it's right that way.

I really wish I could find the music to Anamanaguchi's Blackout City (the Bit.Trip Runner title theme). If anyone finds it, let me know.

You can buy official sheet music books for the more popular game series in Japan. Do some searching around. These are just fan projects, as far as I can tell.

Yeah these are fan arrangements, but they are really well done. Nintendo doesn't release their music in sheet form, so this is the best you are gonna get. (Unless you think you can do better.)

You sure about that? I'm certain I saw a Zelda music score in a Japanese bookstore.

Yeah, there are definitely Nintendo-published books of music for Mario and Zelda. I know this because I have the Zelda sheet music book. All of the Final Fantasy games also have their own sheet music books.

Yeah, I've got all the Final Fantasy music books, and a few Dragon Quests too.

Oh well, I'll just take the free version. This way you can pick the exact songs you want.
