maybe you don't live in a god forsaken carbon-filled wasteland like I do, I don't know, but here in Iowa it's been 80 degrees with high humidity for the past two weeks straight. It's been the exact same summer day over and over and according to the weather it'll stay that way for at least another week. this is bull****.
usually it's down to 60 by now and you can actually enjoy life instead of sweating and heat stroking through your day. the leaves aren't even changing colors because it's not getting cold enough at dark to trigger it. they're just immediately going from green to dead brown and falling off all at once in the middle of the night, where no one can witness their shame. i can tell this is going to be one of those years where summer abruptly changes to winter sometime in november with one single giant snowstorm that shifts the temperature down to -20, where it will stay until next year.
if this keeps up i'm going to punch global warming in the balls. is this the case with anyone else? or were your ancestors not drunk on paint thinner when they decided where they should live?
It has been raining a lot here in Finland. It rains almost every day all the time. Now it has been about 10 minutes without raining but I'm sure that it'll start soon again.
Pfft, in Texas (or at least the part of it where I live) it's going to be 90°+ all week, and the current humidity is 82%
...then again, I'm used to it. It's been this way for a while D: btw you all can send your rain down here, we haven't had more than a couple drops of rain in like 4-5 months now u_u
Washington DC area here. September was rain... rain... and more rain. Not a day passed by when the ground wasn't wet that month. It's surprisingly warm here (hey, I'm not complaining) but yeah, it seems the leaves aren't changing color, they're just spontaneously dying. Usually September is warm, but we're nearly halfway through October and there haven't been any days cold enough that you need to wear long sleeves. OH NOES GLOBAL WARMING

I have benn plotting on punching global warming in the balls for years. I just can't figure out how. Everytime I try to find out Al Gore's secret service tackles me and puts a knee to my face. u__u
It's been nothing but rain for about the last two weeks here but thats how Oregon is.
Similar here in Washington State though we have had a day or two of sun and a few degrees above 60. I love Autumn; fishing for salmon and steelhead, cool and damp days, boatload of fresh produce, college football, Halloween, 4 day Thanksgiving break, and watching my back for psyhco killers. Just an awesome time of year!

I live in Northern Cali and let me tell you 80 degrees is not hot. We get to over 100s in the summer time now thats hot. When you top that than come whine at me.
With that said its been nice here although we did have some freak cold winter storm pass through here last week which dumped alot of rain and snow in the higher elevations but other than that its been normal.
Truth be told theres really no such thing as global warming its just something that bored politicians like Al Gore made up to keep themselves busy.

Well, more to it to then just being bored... He would stand to make a ton of money if people were to ever buy in to the theory with his Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX).

Seriously? 80°F? THAT'S your summer day? That's early spring for us!
Anyways, it really started to cool lately, which unnusual since it usually happens later when winter is near, so i'd say it's a perfect autumn.
Trees and plants are still in eternal summer though, like always, I'd love to see some of these yellow and red leaves like ones in the movies I hate living sourrounded by tropical paradises...
On top of that, we didn't get any typhoon this year .
