Rise of tmnt is underrated, yes it’s silly, but man is the animation top notch, it’s amazing and didn’t expect to see that type of animation there, and they still got treated like crap by nick.

@Kermit1 What he did probably is gonna be bad, I don’t understand how they will replace his voice, I kind of find it Irreplaceable, since a lot of the jokes weren’t even on script!

Though, if he is a piece of garbage, I can’t feel bad for him. From a tv show standpoint, ai don’t understand how they will continue.

I just thought about it and there are a lot of people to fill the voice, Also, dans jokes sound better, I haven’t watched the show, but from what it sounds like, someone has more comedic knowledge. Who knows, maybe the show will be better, but there are several people I’m sure that can do he’s job, he had like one voice anyway.

That’s gross, like really, why dude. I know they say comedians have a dark side but come on this is a little much.

But you make Ana amazing point, other shows have not only dealt with a lost of a voice actor, but Rick and morty is like the only show that can easily, easily make an excuse, and from it sounds like Roland wasn’t really involved in to much, compared to Dan.

Hmm... Phoebe Waller-Bridge has been given a Tomb Raider show.

I would say I hope she bring the same sensibilities of dry wit without the uses of references, the twisting whilst also embracing of tropes and idiosyncratic energy she had with Fleabag, Crashing and Killing Eve but really I just want to see how ****** up she is gonna make Lara Croft!

@Rambler It's something that I would never think of but now that the idea is out it's actually a pretty solid pairing when looking at Villanelle and Fleabag.

She can write strong complicated female characters check, can do posh British check, knows how to create tension check, witty dialogue will transfer well to genre check, has a sense of sexy naughtiness without just being BEWBS! check so it looks an inspiring decision in all.

Tomb Raider has kinda moved on from being bro gamers staring at busts as it was in the 90s so a Killing Eve style Tomb Raider could be accepted although I'd imagine some would still complain.

Yeah that episode of Fleabag was fantastic! It’s shocking to think of all that tension, jokes, humanity and viciousness was just under 30 mins! The one woman stage show of Fleabag which the show was based on was recorded is worth watching too, it’s mostly her talking about what made up season 1 but its still pretty great.

@Rambler I saw the play version in the cinema after I failed to get tixs for the real thing, they literally sold out in seconds. I had assumed it was released on DVD or streaming somewhere already since there is a recording.

The games now are well different to the Angelina Jolie 90s bouncy polygon stuff, they’ve got a raw survival take to them so I couldn’t imagine they’d go for that anyway.

With her doing action in Indy I wonder if she will be Lara or just the writer?

finished up on season 1 of Switched at Birth on Hulu.

and thinking about rewatching The Fosters which has been a long time since i watched the show on Netflix like 10 years ago or whatever. That and try to get into the spin off show Good Trouble

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika If they bring it back, it will have huge shoes to pick back up again. Get Dan Harmon to write the show since Joss Wheaton is a "creep".

@SlashFuture Dan Harmon can do Sci-Fi he's proved that. He's (kinda) worked with Nathan Fillion (it was a guest role, so it counts).
