Topic: The Thread of Infinite Doom and Gloom (Anything welcome)

Well somebody had to do it, so I figured what the heck!!!!!! (At least I hope there is no other thread like this except for thousands of "Wii U is doomed" threads...) So with all the doom and gloom surrounding the Wii U as of late I think this help people vent a little bit You may also feel free to "doom and gloom" over anything other than the Wii U it isn't the only product doing poorly right now. Whether it be a Vita or the Samsung Galaxy Gear or feel free to rain on whatever-you-so-desire's parade!!! Also I have but ONE rule that EVERYONE should follow or else this thread may be history....SO DON"T RUIN IT!!!

Comics are Doomed. They rely too heavily on existing brands and constantly recycle the same ideas and characters when they could simply come up with new ones, in new settings, with new formats and worlds, which would lead to a lot more freedom for the writers and ultimately make for better narratives and more penetrabability for new authors and new customers, but ultimately the industry refuses to grow up, instead just holding on to the old standards like a child clinging to its blanket. But a blanket won't protect them from an ever-aging demographic that's slowly growing tired of their shticks.
