Nah he forgot all the walking back time, but his time is bigger because he took the two leftover medium boxes along with small boxes instead of with each other which added a few mins.
Or we could ask some other employee for help, cutting the time in half.
We probably shouldn't question the reality of such puzzles, or else we'll also be asking why a 'fancy' pancake shop is getting their ingredients from a garage. 0.o

After yesterday's astounding performance, you have been promoted in the ACME food company. You have risen up to becoming the manager of your Fancy Pancake Restaurant. Your first order of business was to build a fancy garage for the pancake batter.
Since you have been promoted, your old position must be filled. But you have to choose from 4 possible applicants. However, the number of batter boxes to carry daily has been changed. Now it is 5 Large boxes, 3 Small Boxes, and 6 Medium boxes.
The time it takes each applicant to carry each box is:
#1: Small: 30 Seconds
Medium: 1 Minute
Large: 1:30 Minutes
#2: Small: 1 Minute
Medium: 1:00 Minute
Large: 1:15 Minutes
#3: Small: 20 Seconds
Medium: 30 Seconds
Large: 2 Minutes
#4: All Small, Medium and Large: 1:15 Minutes
It takes each worker 30 Seconds to get back. If they can each only carry 2 boxes at a time (but none the same size in one trip) which applicant should recieve the job, and how long will it take them?

The fairy is wearing a flowing white dress that comes down to her ankles with a soft pink bow at her chest and a sunhat. The elf has on a vest woven from large leaves from the forest with breeches and tree bark boots. The tingle has on a skin tight green jumpsuit. Who stole the money?
It's obviously the hawt fairy. She looks so cute and innocent, but in reality uses her charms to get her way. She needs to be punished.
