Why isn't the Earthbound entry the right link? In the game, that short tune plays while the name 'Earthbound' flares on the screen, then the game proceeds to a different theme before you press start.

It should be changed to the actual theme which is:

I feel if we're going to bend the rules and allow opening themes (which it can be argued this is still a title theme) this should be aloud.

The Wii iteration has my favorite main theme in the series so far, I just love it.

I'm not familiar with the game but I checked and that was the song nominated on page 2 by Starman Super.

1. Reach For the Stars
I can't help it if I love all the music from Sonic games, corny as it may be.

2. Mega Man 2

I'm not sure if @Starman-Super is aware that what was nominated is only a very small part of the entire title theme.

Oh well. It's not my nomination, but it's pretty lame that it's going to lose only because people couldn't hear the whole actual title screen music for the game. Which is brilliant, by the way.

While this is a pretty good title theme, Reach for the Stars is better even if its a bit corny, I still really like it but its not a title theme so its not getting my vote.

1. Sonic Colors: Even though it's a opening theme, it's still good (And I didn't use the fact it's a opening theme in my decision)

2. Earthbound: I'm just gonna make this one short, they both are awesome, Earthbounds theme is more unique sounds awesome, but Megaman's theme builds up, and up, and up and then goes boom, if I had to vote for one, my vote would go for Earthbound, hearing that on my SNES the first time was amazing, but sometimes with the Megaman theme, those brentalfloss lyrics get in the way off the song for some reason, but that had no impact in making my decision.
