The real question we should be asking though is who is ras’s master? I personally think it could be The Omega, but I personally think that the omega will be the final villain of the entire series when DR comes to a close so I don’t think so (because this is happening in season 2 and we got like 6 seasons to go), but I still think it might be an Oni due to a number of factors, and a random oni would solidify the oni not being dead and allowing for the dread of the potential return of the omega to arrive.
At this point, we need some sort of ninjago discussion thread 💀

@DiamondCore Yeah, I might start a thread for that. I have been wondering who the final or at least next main villain will be for DR, and the Oni would make sense, especially since they are the dark counterparts to the Dragons. Would also be cool if we could see more of Lloyd’s Oni Form unlike the 5 seconds we saw of it in Crystalized. Speaking of a few second appearance, I’m both mad and sad about Jay being in the episode for The Administration for like 30 seconds. Tbh I think they will play some role in S2, but I just hope we don’t have to wait too long for Nya and Jay to reunite.

…Yeah, we definitely need a Ninjago-centric thread.

@Moffo yeah, the oni are the polar opposite of dragons and this show is about dragons, so the villain of the series surely must be an oni, right?
