Well I love robots, especially if they are based either on a ninja/assassin or a mythological demon. Had to choose one then worked my magic on Illustrator and presto.
I painted my avatar in art class to define repitition in art form(real canvas and professional art supplies) about 3 years ago, and it's still is a good decoration for my room. It took me about 3 weeks to make, because I was experimenting with backgrounds, but I just decided to leave it plainly yellow. I just basically counted the pixels, chose a measurement to use, drew a grid, and recreated it.
I also made some other artwork, which may show up on here if I feel like changing my avatar. I've made an original piece to define how I think sound would look that I'm pretty proud of, and a recreation of Benjamin Franklin's 'Join or Die' motto/drawing of a snake in color.
My current avatar is MegaMan, which I thought would be pretty appropriate this being a gaming site and all. It measures 16 x 24 inches.
Mines from Donkey Kong Country Returns (I just beat it and it is among my favorites). I was changing it every week having a new tiki every time but then I got lazy and I never changed it from World 3 tiki. I wish this thread popped up back in November/December. I had a good explanation for that one
