Topic: The Legend of Zelda film has been made!

It's true! It's here! Perhaps not as you expected, but The Legend of Zelda full-length movie is with us as we speak. Clocking in at 1 hour and 48 minutes, it's the film you've all been waiting for... except made by amateurs. The movie is fan-made, and as such, some of the effects and dialogue (and especially costumes) are cheezy, but never the less, it's been done, and is rather impressive, all things considered. Anyway, enough of my jibberish, get your peacorn, popnuts, soft cans, and drinkdies (heh heh... spoonerisms) and enjoy!

That's freaking badass. I don't have any problem with cheesy fan made movies (one of the reasons i love the AVGN), so this is like an early christmas present

I'm sorry, I didn't know you made a Zelda movie, The Fox. Have you uploaded it to youtube or daily motion or something? I'd love to see it.

I'm far too smart to attempt a movie based on the franchise, especially a low budget fan version.

Oh god. Why am I watching this.

Well, I only watched about 5 minutes of it, but it seems a lot less cheesy than the original cartoon. I'm really not interested in watching the entire thing.

Oh dear. This looks worse than the April Fools parody Zelda movie IGN made last year.

I skipped through most of it. Absolutely terrible cast, though some of the fight choreography was mildly entertaining.

Huh......I don't know how to react to this. Should I be fanboy-ish, or should I say that this is god awful? Or should I say I don't care? Something so big like this that comes out of nowhere seems to stupefy me.

I almost clicked on the link. But then I realized that I might be a happier person without it.

Happier, sure. Fuller? I don't think so. I'm about halfway through it (watching it between doing my mother's house-cleaning projects) and it's definitely at least worth skipping around in.

Oh! I thought that Zelda movie was a joke! It said it would be released on April 1st (April Fools Day) in the trailer.

I watched the whole movie yesterday....and, it was pretty bad...really bad, actually!

The IGN movie was a joke. This one is fan-made and totally separate... not as high quality as the IGN trailer, either. For instance, I just got to the part where Link is on Death Mountain, and the Goron he meets (Darunia) is just a fat Latin American. That gives you a pretty good estimate of the quality of the film. Still, I've found it at least mildly entertaining thus far.
