Topic: The Goodbye/Vacation Thread

I think I have less interest to stay here.
It has been 7 years I joined on Nintendolife.
A lot of things changed on me and I was thinking to continue my daily life without getting bothered too much by Nintendo Direct stuffs.
First time I said I have no longer interest to watch Nintendo Direct anymore.
Gotta go now. 😘

I’m gonna be gone for vacation for 2 weeks and I’m planning on playing a couple games so I won’t be on here much. See ya all then!
UPDATE: the car we rented doesn’t have a place to plug a Nintendo switch car charger into.

I take day off again from this website as there was one game I extremely hate got highlighted oftenly on this website and its sibling websites.
Enough is enough. 😤

Well, I check this site all the time at work, hardly ever at home.
But I am quitting my job of 13 years to go travelling for four months:
Uzbekistan, South Korea, Japan, Philippines and Singapore.

I am taking my 3DS to HOPE for Street Pass, but doubt it, but also never know.

So I wont be as active, may drop in every now and then shouting

GIVE US A PHYSICAL

Will try and look in every now and then, especially the Monthly Quiz as this is the last year @Mr_Horizon is doing it (if you havent seen it only three or four left https://www.nintendolife.com/forums/other_gaming/monthly_nint...)
Hopefully when I get a new job they are as lenient on websites as my old one, and I'll see you some time February 2024

Also, I didn't really surprised for Paper Mario TTYD on Switch reveal as I already have the GameCube version last month and when I recognized the red book with star from first seconds, I knew it was TTYD.

I was meant to be flying off three thousand miles to university next week, big moment for sure, but a family member’s likely going to die in the coming weeks and I’ve been told we’re now flying out in two days just in case. Not easy to reconcile such a happy time in my life with such a sad one but it’s part of life.

Not a goodbye at all, nor is it a vacation, but it’s a very unique time nevertheless.

About to go on a 16-hour long roadtrip to go to a funeral

Gonna play Pokémon Scarlet for the first time, a bit of MK8/MKDS/MK7, and I’m gonna try to get back into Metroid Prime: Remastered
