@ryno What part of MI do you go to? I have relatives up in the UP. Nice place, just kinda in the dumps for jobs though.
My in-laws live around Cadillac, MI. I have been to the UP twice and it is pretty nice. The job situation seems a lot better in the lower peninsula compared to the the UP.
Come to think of it, I spent a couple days in Minneapolis for training. Nice city, flat but very nice.
