@Nep-Nep-Freak I'm actually planning on getting the tree up today! I'm excited to start decorating. I'll be getting our tree, lights, ornaments, star, and train set all ready. I have quite a few Mario-themed ornaments, as well.

@Nep-Nep-Freak My hope is to get my family's tree (fake) up and decorated either today or tomorrow. My cats will definitely be excited to use it as a climbing structure. As for game related ornaments, I don't actually have any. There are some ornaments I'm interested in: a Rowlet ornament from Pokemon Center and an Original Starwalker (Deltarune) ornament from Fangamer, but I'm sort of sparing with my spending outside of games and textbooks, so I probably won't be buying them.

@Nep-Nep-Freak We are probably going to get our (LIVE!) tree on Monday — we pre-selected it from a local tree farm 😁 We got our Christmas lights up, and just in time, because we got 3 inches of snow overnight! I don't have any gaming ornaments, actually, but I've got a homemade superhero-themed one from when I was like 5 😆

For those who are curious about my tree, it's a faux tree. We've had it for years, actually. We did have a real tree back when I was like nine years old, though.

Meh. Feels like I've run out of conversations with ppl here.

@D-Star92 Hope your's was good as well. Mine was good, I did quite a bit of cooking, watched the parade, and watched A Christmas Story since Hulu was surprisingly giving it. Mom never seen the movie.

Also, I'd like to apologize to you and @Anti-Matter, I never got around to your responses. November was a busy month.

@Nep-Nep-Freak Had my outdoor lights set up since early November, I put them out when the weather is not as cold, but they don't go on until after Thanksgiving. My tree is set up, just need to put more ornaments on it.

Thinking of having a new profile picture for the Christmas season. I'm thinking of having my Animal Crossing self as my profile picture this time... with my green train conductor outfit! It will be Christmas-y as well, of course. Maybe I'll throw in a photo shoot that I'd be proud of.

@Sunsy I did have a good one, thanks for asking. That's cool, A Christmas Story is a good movie. I'm planning on seeing quite a few Christmas movies this month, as well as continuing my tradition of watching Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas on Christmas Eve. I love that movie and I got a blu-ray of it recently! It came with Mickey's Twice Upon A Christmas, as well. That's great you have your tree set up. I wanted to get mine up sooner, but something came up which I had to take care of. You're OK on the responses, that's totally understandable.

I have a deadline (I decided by myself) to finish my calendar 2026 project before 28 December 2025.

I tend to have a "person of the moment" type of deal.
OCD sucks that way for me.

I've been in Christmas mode since Thanksgiving ended. I have on Christmas lights in my bedroom and been doing the Christmas event in Sonic Rumble.

@D-Star92 Glad to hear it, sounds like a good plan to me. So far with Christmas stuff, I watched the Trolls holiday specials, the Christmas episodes of Sofia the First and Alice's Wonderland Bakery, and a few movies, Christmas Vacation, Daddy's Home 2 before Netflix removes it, and today watched Home Alone, planning to watch Home Alone 2 after dinner. Ok, hope everything is alright. Thanks.

@Anti-Matter Hope you finish it on time. For me November is busy mostly because of Christmas. I like to buy my gifts in November, just in case it snows. I do not want to go out traveling in the snow, it's not safe to do so.

@Sunsy That's cool, I remember seeing Christmas Vacation with my dad one year. Besides Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas and its sequel, I do want to see It's A Wonderful Life, The Polar Express, and Noelle. Everything is all right, my tree is up now. I've been in a Christmas mood too. I even went ahead and decorated one of my Animal Crossing house rooms... you'd get a taste of that from my new profile picture.

This evening, I went to a Christmas party for my Church youth group and there was a white elephant gift exchange. One of the gifts available made me laugh. It was an unused roll of toilet paper with every square having a picture of Donald Trump on it 🤣.

Not trying to start a political conversation, I just wanted to share something funny.
