@MarioLover92 It definitely depends on distance, the farther the better IMO. Passenger trains aren't common here - I don't live anywhere close to a city with a train system or shuttle service - but there is Amtrak service nearby. This can be decent if the freight trains don't clog everything up. Most tracks in the US are owned by freight lines sadly, so those usually take precedence since hauling goods is the bigger money earner.
On heights: Yeah, I could get a bit insecure with really high places if I had little to nothing holding me there, but I consider roller coasters very safe. You're more likely to get in a car wreck, though that's more due to probability. Again, my advice is to start with smaller roller coasters and work your way up to gauge your comfort level. I find ferris wheels very secure and relatively safe. Even if you get stuck in one, at least you won't be suspended upside down or something.
I don't usually regret selling games, but it certainly does happen on occasion. Thing is, some games I buy physical just in case I don't care for them and can offload them. Conversely, I'm more likely to buy a game digital (though I still favor physical purchases) if the download size isn't large and I'd be very unlikely to sell it. I'm seriously thinking about buying Super Mario Bros. Wonder digital for example.
@EaglyBird I'm gonna be quite busy still for the next while since Haunt season officially starts for me this coming weekend, so I'll definitely visit the forums and post on the main site much less for awhile.
I'm back on TotK after a break and am finally moving on with the main plot after fully activating all Lightroots in the Depths. Getting somewhat close to the home stretch, but not quite there yet. 170+ hours in lol. I'll opt for a decent console or PC game 99 times out of 100, but I do acknowledge there are a few decent mobile titles out there that aren't just soulless, cheap, microtransaction-heavy, gacha cash grabs. And some of those are technically mobile ports of older RPGs with a new coat of paint CoughPixelRemastersCough. TBH I haven't seen Rick & Morty but I'm told I probably would sorta like it. No DQB2 progress yet; I'm wanting to catch the game on a good sale when possible. So I'm just stuck with the demo for now.
I definitely want to watch Coco, I'd have my nephew in the viewing too if I thought he'd appreciate viewing it at one month of age. XD He much prefers sleeping, eating, and being warm right now. But I'll definitely use him as a "adult watching kid movies" tag-a-long when he's older lol. Plus he probably really would appreciate them then. I'd watch Turning Red again, though it's one I'd rent or watch on a streaming service. Conversely I'd love to own Encanto. As for PIB 1, I thought it was pretty obvious Humpty died, but I could see them retconning that as another trick easily. Fully agree on Cable and Deadpool 2. As for Batman...Yes. You MUST start with Batman.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land was a gift, so I lucked out in that regard. Nintendo doesn't like discounting it very much though it is eligible as part of the NSO Switch Voucher program. At least my version of Dream Land Deluxe was cheaper than the rerelease even if it was used lol. I take solace in that. Spirit Tracks can be a pain to get through thanks to the Spirit Flute. It's a shame since it births some of the best tunes in the game, but the execution was very gimmicky and sorta hard. 10-4 on also seeing ST Zelda again; until Skyward Sword, she was tied for my favorite version of the character along with Twilight Princess Zelda.
Fair point regarding Age of Calamity; it wasn't too hard to connect the dots if one had played BotW. I probably should've guessed a bit earlier with all the time travel shenanigans since those can get messy fast in any game if not handled well. Still, it's a bit hard to get over the misleading advertising. On Xenoblade, I agree both Crys and Miyabi could've used more focus. Crys in terms of setup - it doesn't make sense that he became Moebius - and Miyabi had a great introduction and backstory but was sort of dropped after. Not sure if the manner of Crys's death was important, only that we know he died. I think Shania and D's fates were at least somewhat due to their circumstances, though sociopathic tendencies can surface in those IRL in even favorable conditions (Yes I'm reading way too much into this. XD) if some serial killers are anything to go by. Same guess as me when it came to the city folks, though I still wonder what happened to them when the worlds split apart again since they didn't technically "exist" per se pre-split. My head canon thinks that either they "stayed" in a version of that world or else were melded into the worlds they most closely aligned to in terms of genetics. Hard to say for sure though.
Believe it or not, I'm debating about buying Super Mario Bros. Wonder digital since the download size isn't large and I'm tempted by the NSO vouchers...but we'll see. I do know about the Baten Kaitos port but don't really think it's for me. Yakuza I'd definitely play if it were coming to Switch. I will again endorse Super Mario World as a fun must-play 2D Mario title. I do think the baby Nintendo characters are fine, but I do agree they get overused. I do hope the M&L franchise isn't dead and that Nintendo still sees a need for it even after AlphaDream went defunct. Teal Mask looks fun in Scarlet/Violet but is very short. And apparently still full of technical issues. I've heard there's a good game under all the mess. As for the physical release + DLC...talk about a monkey's paw moment! Not sure if I should invest in it or wait to see if there's another physical release with the full bundle down the line....
I do also act in the haunted house; it's my favorite part! Peoples' reactions are the absolute best. I do help out with setup and advertising too when I'm available...which admittedly hasn't been much this year. "Bored" is highly subjective and varies from person to person. I didn't act during our dress rehearsal weekend a couple weekends ago due to a relative's wedding, but I did go through late Friday evening to see how the house runs and to try to give some feedback to the owners. It went pretty well overall, though I heard later the police were called on some jerk teenagers causing issues. They were booted from vandalizing one of the scenes, then started causing more trouble out in the parking lot. My nephew is a very healthy guy and is growing like a weed! XD

@Kermit1
I found one or two episode of Charlie's Angels 70's version episodes from YouTube and it was completely different situation than Charlie's Angels 2000's version.
There was no hi-tech gadget using, no flawless incognito, no fighting scenes like standard modern spy movies. It was like classic detective movie. The angels in 70's version still look very classy lady like female with long curly hairs and feminine outfits.
The spy movies I have ever knew have their differences in therm of their secret office and the spying activities.
Let's say from Charlie's Angels 2000's version and She Spies. They don't have very hi-tech headquarters, their office is like very standard business office but the female spies have modern spy outfits, their incognito and modern gadgets. Still a lot of fighting scenes with animated acrobatic movements.
Totally Spies are focused on high school teen girls Sam, Clover and Alex as the spies with very hi-tech headquarter office, very high tech sci-fi gadgets and pretty bizzare enemies.
Kim Possible is quite different. With Ron as her sidekick, they are teen spies with no adult people as their boss but a teenager genius boy Wade as their "boss" for the spy mission. Since they are still teenagers and didn't facilitate with modern vehicles from spy intelligent organization, they got covered from other peoples who give them a ride to go certain location for the mission. There are quite a lot hi-tech gadgets and fighting scenes as well.
@EaglyBird Wow really? I kinda thought the post game would kinda be like two, I feel like two has a lot to do afterwards lol.
Oh ok I must be misremembering, thank you!
I don’t know why but this reaction to someone seeing me change my pfp to a bunch of different purple girls makes me happy for some reason, so I feel kinda guilty I am as flattered that I am because none of the art is mine, just the edits, plus it isn’t that difficult.
Nintendo are like woman, You love them for whats on the inside, not the outside…you know what I mean! Luzlane best girl!

I never thought I would see the day where my mom ( who is very against having animals in the house) would tell my brother to drop everything he was doing and bring all three of our cats into the house. Yes she saw a mouse, but still.

@blindsquarel
I have a cat with her newborn kittens.
My cat is female, gray stripped color and has two tuxedo kittens.
The kittens are 1 month old today and they are already getting active.
How a game can somehow make me care for a character that had 4s of screen time is crazy, I didn’t care much about gadolt, well that was till he sacrificed himself! I was actually sad ):
@EaglyBird Im sure your tired of me asking by now, but I keep losing due to tabs being lost, that and I’m worried that I will miss it. the napon quest what I was doing, what where the requirements again? I won’t ask again as I will write it down this time.

You gotta love it when fans of a game series don’t like a particular game(s), so they proceed to argue that it isn’t canon to the rest of the series. With their only evidence being that they don’t like it.

@blindsquarel Lmao! I had a feeling! Does the canon for paper Mario matter that much for people? Like I doubt the story is that important, then again it’s a paper Mario soo maybe it does?
