Maybe I’m just a wimp ( very possible), but I don’t see how anyone can not be on edge going out at night after reading about skin walkers and stuff like that.
Currently playing: Pokemon Soul Silver, Mario RPG

Good morning. 😊
I'm back.
Sorry if I was really upset yesterday.
I will play other games to stay away from my bad reaction of FF XII.
@TeaCatherine All we know is that it's coming out in 2023. You can go to the link in this post to get constant news on Tonikawa. So far, only news is it's2023, no month or day yet. https://tonikawa.com/

I was almost beat Zodiark but the situation getting worse when it has less than 25% HP as my level 70+ team with Excalibur and Holy spell still unable to beat it, not to mention there was no Save point before facing Zodiark.
Thank goodness, I still get saved from Auto Save feature on The Zodiac Age version which I could continue my last attempt before facing Zodiark but it will took very long way to face Zodiark again and there were a lot of strong level 65+ undead enemies over there.
I dropped FF XII TZA Switch version until I have better mood to play again.
@EaglyTheKawaiiShika The one thing I hate from modern music is the current state of Hip-Hop. Modern rap is so vulgar, and the music videos are just as bad, if not worse. It makes literally every other musical genre look great.
Simply put, rappers from “back then” sat on trash, and made gold. Nowadays, rappers sit on gold, making trash.
My realm of music is 90’s-2010’s. A bit of prior decades in the mix, and a select few from this current decade.
@ChaoticKirby
I'm a fan of 80's and 90's era songs especially the Italian Disco style songs or Stock Aitken Waterman style or PWL style such as Venus by Bananarama or Rick Ashley songs or Sinitta songs or 17 Sai / 20 Sai by Chisato Moritaka, etc. Also, I'm a fan of 90's Eurodance musics such as Barbie Girl by Aqua, Best Friends by Toy Box, CAPTAIN JACK songs, etc.
I don't like hip hop or rap songs as exactly you described about them but the 90's style of hip hop or rap songs were brilliant.
You can check Get Up (Before the Night is Over) by Technotronic or 2 UNLIMITED songs for better hip hop / rap songs.
Also, I'm a huge fan of DDR and other BEMANI games songs by Konami and my top favorite songs are the Boss songs with very complex music design and very hard to beat such as MAX 300, Fascination MAXX, CHAOS, Healing-D-Vision, Xepher, Almagest, Delta MAX, Over the Period, etc.
I played Modern Combat Blackout today. Playing Asphalt 9 a lot lately reminded me, I have Gameloft's other Switch game I remember buying during a sale years ago. Haven't played the game in years, and I was surprised how quickly I picked up on it. Kind of amused me this is a Call of Duty alternative, and it's a mobile game with the mobile stuff removed to make a paid game.
Anyone else ever picked up a game they haven't played for years and quickly picked up on playing it.
It's my birthday! The clock struck midnight an hour ago... and with that, I am officially 31 years old. I'll be having a nice lil' party and delicious cake today, and I think I'll also play one of my favorite Mario games to celebrate the occasion! Maybe even have a Disney movie night.
I'd like to thank some folks who I've chatted/played with on Nintendo Life - @Sunsy, @Tyranexx, @DreamlandGem, @Eel, @Zuljaras, @Fizza, @cordova94, @ChameleonBros, @BrittGOAL14, @tekoii, @TheJGG, and many others. Thanks for making NL such an awesome community for me!
@Sunsy That's an interesting idea for sure, perhaps for the next Mario Kart game, we could have a Rainbow Cup that's all Rainbow Road courses. Agreed on the Luigi's Mansion course, I like the game that it's based on and I actually love a good haunted level/course too!
Ah gotcha, it's your call where you wanna play it and stuff. I'm pretty all right with using a classic controller, at least the pro version of it. It's been so long since I used the original Wii classic controller!
Yeah, cartridge tilting didn't work for me, either. All that happens is the game freezes. That Sonic 3 level select method sounds a lot like Stop 'n Swop from Banjo-Kazooie, where you'd get colored eggs and an ice key, then swap to a different game. I don't think it worked very well on the N64, but I think they kept Stop 'n Swop intact in the 360 version of Banjo-Kazooie. I only played it on the N64 though.
On that Nintendo iceberg video, that's cool... pun intended, lol! Does it cover old Nintendo rumors and stuff like that? I think Scott The Woz did a video on gaming mysteries, that's the one I watched. I think he covered the Luigi rumor in Super Mario 64.
Oh that's cool Asphalt 9 has online, perhaps we could play it sometime. From what I've played, it's a pretty solid racing game.
Happy Birthday, hope it was good today and you're welcome.
Yeah, we have a Rainbow Road for each game at this point, so yeah it makes sense to see if there would be such a cup.
I usually use the PDP Fight Pad for Smash Wii U, with a Yoshi design on it. I always like using it for Wii games and Wii U games that supported it, especially virtual console stuff. One of my favorite third party controllers, and officially licensed too. It looks like a GameCube controller, but replaces the Classic Controller and Classic Controller Pro.
Funnily enough that rumor video I watched talked about that Banjo Kazooie feature. Yeah, that's what use to happen to me too if I took our a cartridge without realizing it. I remember the silly glitch Game Gear had, it would show an expanded picture of the Sonic level bizzarely enough. Such weirdness happened from being a curious kid who didn't know better.
I think I seen that Scott the Woz video. It was a good long video, like three hours, so I was listening while I was playing Asphalt. A lot of the rumors talked about, I remember and it gave me nostalgia. Back when rumors were actually fun. Nowadays it's "Switch Pro" and nothing's confirmed. At least old rumors were creative and imaginative.
Yeah, also, Asphalt 9's online does not even need a NSO subscription, meaning a lot who don't have the service play too, there's always someone to play. Keep in mind it still has mobile microtransactions, remember, just do daily goals for blue tokens (completing 6 nets you car blueprints and 30 tokens, 5 for each goal), and racing and daily events gets you the gold credits. Doing both means you never have to bother with the microtransactions, though I did spend $6 in game because I like the game, but it's optional. A $2 holiday pack of 20 blueprints is not bad considering the high price deals go for in the store, but most packs can be "bought" with the blue tokens earned from playing so it's not even needed.
@EaglyTheKawaiiShika If I'm being honest, I mostly listen to soundtrack stuff by this point. Most of the albums downloaded to my phone are soundtracks to Trolls, My Little Pony, Sofia the First, just to name a few. I can't remember what the last artist I bought music from, last few times I bought music has been from movies and shows I like. Also, WWE music can be fun. C'mon, Wrestler entrance music has always been fun to listen to.
I know "Get Back Up Again" from heart by this point.
Edit: Nintendo Life you scared me, I thought I lost this post with that Bad Gateway error. O__o
