I think my post was meant in a less literal sense. lol As in "I know the risks, but it's like smoking, and it feels too good to stop, and I'd much rather enjoy myself and die early if I'm gonna die anyway." lol Doesn't really help that I don't have any loved ones or friends in real life.

But yes, Queen's pretty cool. They're one of my favorite bands, probably most favorite even. I love almost every single one of their hits.

I just realized something. You know that Splatoon 3 Splatfest on August 27th? It turns out that it'll happen on the same day as Super Mario Kart's 30th anniversary. (The original Japanese release of SMK, anyway.) I wonder if they're gonna change the Splatfest into a Mario Kart themed one, with which item is better: mushrooms, banana peels, or shells! Probably won't happen, but it's fun to imagine anyway!

@Sunsy That's good to hear. Ah all righty, gotcha, hopefully you'll be able to watch it soon. Also, @tekoii is planning on playing Mario Kart with us this weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, do you wanna join us?

My dad did pass away about a year ago (heart attack), but my mum and I aren't really close, so we're practically strangers to one another, unfortunately. But I didn't really mean for my post to come off as self-pitying... even if it did turn out that way. It's just something I'm used to.

And I'll probably hate Crystal Pepsi anyway. I'm a picky eater/drinker.

I saw some Miiverse posts today... Talk about some odd folk, though I did watch some (very funny) videos about Miiverse and started crying laughing something I've not done in a long while.

I quickly make a photoshoot about Indonesia Independence Day from ACNH by wearing Red White stuffs.
I was planning to display a big Indonesia flag pattern on the floor but I didn't have much time so I made a custom portable flag with Indonesia flag design instead.

Hopefully I'll get around to it soon. I'll try to join if it's Saturday, I might need to go to bed early on Sunday. Going to go see Trolls World Tour again on Monday, and I need to be up early because it's an early showing the theater is having. Another local theater is showing it as part of a special summer event for animated/family movies. This theater also showed Spirit Untamed, Boss Baby: Family Business, and Sonic 1 as part of this summer event, and Trolls World Tour is next.

@Kermit1 That water guy is our unsung hero! He was gone when the world needed him the most... or rather when there was stuff about Spider-Man's water on PlayStation. Good times, good times.

All righty, that sounds good. We've been talking about it on Discord for a bit. Saturday seems to be the best day for me as well. Ah gotcha, that's fine. Have fun seeing it again, and knowing you, you definitely will.

@Maxenmus For me, it depends on the source and how much caffeine. I don't technically need it - there are days I get by without any issue - but it does help to get me going when I'm really dragging. I've never been a morning person, and occasional maintenance insomnia doesn't help.

And honestly? I started drinking it (and green tea) to help stay warm in the winter. XD

@NeonPizza ...I admit the hour is late here, so I may be missing something. Did you mean to tag me? It's rare that I drink anything carbonated. XD

Phew, I hadn’t “binge-played” a 3DS game in a long time, but Paper Mario has that effect on me. The dots on the map were connected, the stickers collected, the museum perfected, and the princess protected.

The game was overall fun. It did have it’s annoying moments, and at some point I got so lost I ended up playing the worlds out of order… because the fifth world was easier to figure out than the third and fourth. But I enjoyed the majority of my time playing.

I’m just missing four of the achievement flags… Though to be honest those achievements seem like a huge grind so I may consider the game completed as is.
