@Tyranexx Waluigi, alongside Roy and Donkey Kong, have the highest top speed out of all the characters in MK8D. That's at least one reason why you'd see some players using them online, especially in worldwide. I generally do just fine with characters like Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad, however. If I do need to get serious, I'll break out Roy. (He looks cool, and I kind of have a soft spot for the Koopalings. lol)

I do remember that the XL model came out first in the US, with the regular-sized model coming out later. That was a bit weird. Even weirder is that they didn't come with AC adapters. I'm guessing that Nintendo assumed that we'd just get it to have an upgraded model, which I did, but what if it was someone's first 3DS? Then they'd have to get an AC adapter as a separate purchase once it runs out of battery juice. As for the decals, yeah I'm not sure how official they'd be, either. I remember looking them up on Etsy long ago.

Happy to announce I've started work on another video essay. This time I'm doing a video about the entire Xenoblade trilogy. Started writing the script today, banged out 2k words, and I recorded 15 minutes of commentary already. I'm excited to share it with everyone!

When it comes to acceptance, my mind immediately went to Vess and her Blade Quest.
The way her Driver knew his end was coming and wanted to say one final goodbye to his children by sending them those gifts was beautiful.
