@MarioLover92 Yeah, it was definitely from the GameCube/GBA era, I think I might have one issue from that era, I think it has Mickey Mouse on the cover. I need to check the few gaming magazines I kept. Cool, I think that was a Sega game on Wii IIRC.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
I might change my Nintendo Life username at some point. Maybe my new username would be MarioLoverDPad? Since my Animal Crossing name is D-Pad. Some of my ACNH friends/villagers have called me D for short, too. I'm aware that once I change it, I won't be able to change it again for 90 days. So I'll give that some thought.
@Kermit1 Ah I've heard of Technoblade's passing...I could tell it's been really heartbreaking. I may not have been into Minecraft myself, but my heart goes out to his family, friends, and fans nonetheless.
@Sunsy Oh I had that issue long ago, I remember they made that Mickey Mouse game for the GameCube years ago. They did a GBA version of Magical Quest too, with Minnie Mouse being playable alongside Mickey. I've seen some footage of the original SNES version, and it does look quite fun.
Yeah, Alien Syndrome was indeed a Sega game, and it was a remake. Probably would have liked playing it back then!

AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️

I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I hope you have some people around you who can support you through these hard times. Talking to friends, family and professional support is very important to get through it.
I speak from experience. I've been suffering from depressions and anxieties since teenhood and I know how harsh life can be.
I'm currently going through a rough time as well. Everything happening in the world right now can be hard to bear when you're a compassionate soul.
I know it's difficult, but try to focus your thoughts on the positive things around you, however small they may be. Whether you're enjoying something tasty, hear birds chirping outside, the laughter of a child,... anything that improves your mood ever so slightly is of great value.
I wish you all the strength you need to get through this. Don't give up. You can do it!

I respect the words, and I'm trying my best, but outside of deciding to live in complete and total ignorance (too late), there's only so much that can help when you live in interesting times. At least for me.
@kkslider5552000 I can't understand such depressive moods. I do not know why.
But the best advice I could give to you is to find something you really REALLY love and do it non stop.
Sometimes the best way to improve your life is to ignore your surroundings (at least to 90%) and spend time on "meaningless" experiences like gaming, reading etc.
PS: Hobbies are the best!!!
PS2: I thought that living in the US could be hard. No experience with it but from what I see on the news it is bad and chaotic.

I understand. It can be difficult, if not impossible, to see a future for yourself and like-minded people when you're completely down. It might take a while, but there'll be a point when things start to shift and you'll see glimpses of hope again.
You have my support and if you want to talk, you can DM me on social media if you're on there.

Edit: DMs on my Twitter were deactivated but they're back up again.
After five years of being on nintendolife, my mind, just now, made the connection that "Hookshot Media" is named after the hookshot in zelda games.🤣 Nice work brain!<3

It sure is! My mom was worried about Japan when I went there a few years ago, to the point that it took a lot for me to even go. I mock her constantly for this considering where we live. :V
The only saving grace is I'm in a relatively sane part of the country that isn't run by the worst people. But things being good for me specifically only helps my mental state so much (in some ways, it might even be bad for it)
