@MarioLover92 Cool, yeah I remember the rewards My Nintendo had. I think I accidentally traded some platinum coins to Christmas cards with Mario characters... only to find out it was a code for their store. I was hoping for a PDF file like other My Nintendo rewards I've got. I didn't know they brought back physical at the time.

Ah Dr. Luigi, I remember buying it back in January or February. Forgotten about it until this earlier this year. Similarly, Club Nintendo was how I got Dr. Mario Online on Wii, my friend told me about that offer.

@tekoii If they bring Earthbound over, they should bring over Earthbound Beginnings. I got that on Wii U, it's the official release of what fans called Earthbound Zero.

My Halloween was good, was a troll for a day, well I wore a Trolls headband with hair and a shirt with my favorite Trolls character Poppy on it (Poppy is the character in my avatar, from the DreamWorks movie Trolls). Nothing too major, I like wearing something related to characters I like on my head for Halloween, and the shirt is one of my favorite shirts to wear in general. Also played some more Super Mario 3 and watched Hocus Pocus.

@Link-Hero I actually agree with this. Never understood the point of selling empty boxes for digital games. The only game I have like this is the Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection on PC. It was a download code for Origin, however, they gave you collectable artwork and a soundtrack CD in place of the game disc.

@TheJGG LOVE IT! That wonderful opening is still there, and that transition at the 0:52-0:53 mark...love it! A great combination of all the elements involved indeed. You clearly put in a lot of work.

I'll let you know on Dune. Barring any schedule changes, I hope to watch it at the local theater tomorrow evening. Edit: Gonna have to postpone, had something come up.

@MarioLover92 Ah, I finished off that floor yesterday, then proceeded to finish the floor after it. I could've maybe progressed more, but I got sidetracked a little. While I'm not wanting to 100% the game, I am at least trying to collect all the Boos and went back to nab a couple that I missed. As for MPT, I wouldn't mind revisiting it again on the Switch, if the rumors are true. I only use walkthroughs when I get stuck, or to help out with some extras if I'm a little fed up of looking for them on my own. It really depends on the game however.

As for where you're currently stuck....I was stumped for a couple of minutes there until I noticed the symbols were changing.

@tekoii I love Polterpup, but my cat-loving self also wishes that Polter-Kitty wasn't batting for the wrong team. I love her(?) design, both the fierce and low-key versions lol. But yeah, the verticality on floor 7 didn't have enough variety, at least for my liking. Whereas the other vertical floors I've experienced so far were more of a treat IMO. I'd love for another chance to use the buzz saw outside of that floor. As stated above, I just unlocked the 12th floor last session and hope to explore that one during my session this evening. The boss fight of floor 11 actually confused me. Turns out I was doing the right thing at one point, just not close enough within range I guess.

@Sunsy Hmm.. that's why it'd be nice if Nintendo was more kind to the series. And awhh that's awesome! It's cool you get a bit festive at least! I just used the day for time to just relax lol. You gonna do a playthrough of SMB3 or just hitting some levels on a casual level?

@Tyranexx Where's my obligatory Polter-Fox T^T! Meh meh meh, I guess I'll just be happy Fox Luigi is actually a thing. Definitely love the duality of it's design! Ahh I just got through B2 which was pretty cool with the water and all. Ahh okay, I'll def keep an eye out when fighting floor 11's boss. I'm on floor 10 in the Pyramid and did okay to get through so far. I'm ready for it all again tomorrow !

Today is my 8th anniversary of 3DS XL Pink White bundle purchase day. 😀

@Sunsy Yeah, they brought back physical rewards for a little while. Can't blame you for not knowing, since they haven't had a single one for its first few years or so. I got a demo invite for Dr. Mario Online RX from an old friend of mine, IIRC. That reminds me, when the Wii Shop Channel was around I received F-Zero X as a gift from a friend. That was cool of them. I was just playing it recently too!

@Tyranexx Oh that's cool you finished those floors! Nice job. Best of luck on getting all the Boos. That'd be cool to see MPT come to the Switch, perhaps it'll be a thing when we finally learn more about MP4. Maybe release the trilogy a year before Prime 4 comes out. Yeah, I'm basically the same way. It really depends on the game I'm playing, and how stuck I can get. I'll use that spoiler tag as a last resort.

@Anti-Matter That's cool, I got my red and black 3DS XL as a birthday present back in 2013. It was pretty much an upgrade to my regular 3DS at the time. Was that the first 3DS you got?

Yup.
LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER The Chase Begins was my first 3DS game I bought on 28 August 2013.
I have finished that game by 100% and have accumulated more than 42 hours gameplay.

@tekoii Indeed. Yeah, it's always been something I like to do. Just some levels casually during the afternoon.

@MarioLover92 Yeah, especially since the Super Mario Party stuff and alternate covers were printable too, so you think a greeting card would be just that. Cool, that's something the eShop on both Switch and Wii U is missing, the gift option. I never used it, but I remember the option was there on the Shop Channel. Would be handy to send a friend a digital gift.

@Anti-Matter Oh that's cool. The 3DS is an awesome system, I come back to it from time to time, been finding myself playing mine on my bed at times - I got a ton of games downloaded which really comes in handy. I have the New 3DS XL now, which is the red variant.

@Sunsy Yeah absolutely, that would have been cool. I remember gifting a friend of mine the Wii VC version of Mario Party 2. The 3DS didn't have that feature either, I know that Steam lets you gift games to people on your friend list.
