@HotGoomba___Rebrand I noticed that he starts those political stuff here and over at PushSquare. Even if the article is not about that he must "defend!" the values of some people. I think he has some phobia that the world is against the "different" people.

I argued with him couple of times.

But on a more fun note today I expect my order of magnets to arrive and I will start my next "interactive" sculpture from polymer clay ... the Earth Elemental!

Wow, I missed that whole thing, followed the comments here, and tried to figure out what article was even involved.....and none of the articles even have any hint of being related to anything political.... (which is rare for Damo, admittedly... )

nessi got banned...permanently? Woow....amazing. Odd user. Seems like a nice guy, has good comments on gaming....but goes waay off into extreme political agenda activism and haranguing of anyone that disagrees or even doesn't celebrate his world view on a level of religious zealotry at the drop of a hat. I kind of can't believe it took this long. Which is a shame, because on gaming he's pleasant.

That's exactly what I was thinking. He was the last person that I expected to get banned. But looking back, I kinda get it.

I'll just say... Of the two people who got banned over yesterday's argument... One of them tried to apologize and nicely asked to be unbanned, privately. The other one immediately created a new account and attempted to make a public post twisting the events and attacking the site.

I won't reveal who is who (both remain banned for now). But it was a bit of a disappointment.

Anyhow that's enough of that for now.

If it makes you feel any better, if only a little: there's also plenty of Covidiots over here, so you're not the only one annoyed and/or ashamed for your own fellow human being... (we even got bloody Donald supporters over here, gobbling up and fully believing all the fraud fairy tales)

Then again, they do sometimes reference themselves as unicorns, so that could be it...

On a more serious note: I tend to ignore his more vehement posts. He actually does make sense at times, but it is when he gets too defensive and/or aggressive that I tune out. I always do my best to try and respect other people and their respective choices and/or preferences, even though I sometimes completely don't understand their thing or state of being, or the incessant and contradictory need to aggressively present themselves, while simultaneously wanting to fit in and/or be accepted by the general population/society, but it is damn hard sometimes.

Give respect and you'll get respect, far as I'm concerned. You don't have to act extremely normal, because normal is boring, but there's a LOT of grey between normal and totally bonkers or outraged...

No need to moderate, I've said all I wanted to say about this topic, so I'll see myself out.
