I guess we saved him for the right time. It was the plan all along!
As long as our coin doesn't get another 0 (or more) compared to the dollar, that's fine I guess... Who knows how many more of those we can hide under the rug...
@ReaderRagfish Nah, gut a retro and put a Pi-modded mini inside it. For maximum posting effectiveness. 😂
Btw, Ark is really fun. I’m actually enjoying it more in handheld mode. And I didn’t even know I’d want that mode when I played it on X1. My parasaurus is named Frankie.

Remember that one guy who built a portable Wii inside an Altoids tin?
This blue eye perceives all things conjoined. The past, the future, and the present. Everything flows and all is connected. This eye is not merely seen reality. It is touching the truth. Open the eye of truth... There is nothing to fear.
There was someone in a human-computer interaction class when I was in college who took the outer shell of a dead Atari 2600 and put a Raspberry Pi with a ton of 2600 ROMs in it. His goal was to configure it to eventually work with a Xbox controller. I wasn't in the class myself, but they were often in class when I was working in the computer lab in there.
I did get to play test a few (Keyboard only at the time). I tried Pitfall, E.T. (Yes, THAT one), a Berenstain Bears game (didn't seem to work past the title screen), and a couple of others. They had about everything on there.
Currently playing: Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (Switch), Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations (Switch/AAT)
a Berenstain Bears game (didn't seem to work past the title screen)
The Berenstain Bears game likely didn't work because it was one of two games released by Coleco that required the "KidVid Voice Module" and used an audio cassette player for the game to function.
In other weird things, Mythra is apparenyly too much for Smash!
Be yourself, no matter who you are!
For me, that's being madly in love with fictional characters. Plz don't judge.
Yes, my first anime was High School DxD. Don't ask or judge!

@Knuckles-Fajita Yesssss! Do you have to work Friday evening, though?
Apparently my new office chair should arrive Thursday, as well. I may have asked accounting to order me a gaming chair. 😅
It’s supposed to pour buckets Thursday night, so I think I’ll go by the store at 9 to get my pre ring and Katamari, then get up there again before midnight.

Ah, cool! I didn't know about that. I mainly just tried it for kicks since I was really into those books as a kid. They're also one of the few kiddy series that I'll still pick up and read on occasion....
Overall I enjoyed the games I got to try out. I'm pretty sure they had about everything 2600 on that Pi, including the infamous ones. E.T. is as bad as everyone says it is. XD
That was a wonderful computer lab. I recall the time someone loaded Typing of the Dead onto some of the computers as well. Talk about a fun/campy game!
I'll be having a fairly normal Friday. I'll be Smashing with everyone else in a few months.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
