@Octane horchata is made different in different countries. It tends to be like a kind of <ingredient> milk, with sweeteners and other flavor enhancers.

For example in Mexico it’s made by combining rice and water until it becomes sorta like a rice milk, then we add cinnamon, vanilla and sugar. Sometimes we add actual milk.

I read in Spain it’s actually made with some kind of nut instead of rice.

Apparently in Ecuador it’s more like a super herbal tea.

Thanks guys, my doctor (chiropractor) was being funny today....you guys would enjoy this. Went in to test for allergies, I brought in dust from my room, and some of Sanya's hair as well. Turns out I'm allergic to Sanya, and of course...

It genuinely depresses me when I learn that cat owners have an allergy to them. I know someone who systematically gets allergy shots so that their house cats don't give them bad reactions.
