One second they're stalking a lizard, next time you look at them there's a leg here, a tail there.

@Fooligan Legs don't grow back. Tails don't grow back either, unless they're geckos. Regular lizards can't do that.

Yep, cats (especially outdoor ones) can get a hold of some pretty crazy things. Lizards, chipmunks, squirrels, moles, mice, etc....

Actually, many kinds of lizards can grow their tails back.

They're just not as good at it as geckos

To a limited degree. I mean, I've seen a gecko regrow some of its toes after some trouble with shedding, but the end result was far from perfect, and hardly a successful regeneration.

Now sea stars can do some crazy things, some can even split in half and form two new sea stars! Teach your cats to hunt those

Okay so I've been thinking how we can get cats to hunt these sea stars. I present to you: The Cat-Fish

We might need to teach it to target the sea stars so it won't get distracted by Easter Island heads and pineapples under the sea, but other than that I think this is a solid plan.

The most violent thing my cat has ever done was biting off the tail of a lizard. Oh and eating my fish

Usually though, he won't even eat bugs that he finds in the house... But he did find a mouse for us once.

I had to replace my 3DS's battery quite recently.
