Soda. Or cola. It's really a regional thing in the U.S. It's one of those things you'll notice as if you go across the country and stop off at diners: The waitresses stop saying one in favor of the the other, then back again.

Neither. I call the drink by the name of the drink. (eg. Coke, Dr. Pepper etc.) I haven't said "soda" in forever and I have and never will call it "pop".
@lz: hell to the yes after Dr Pepper, though... soda ftw

[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!
Both. Melikes both. I should experiment mixing four sodas and five pops together in one bottle. Result = Repetition of The Big Bang {The Creation of Earth}. Or I might make Chemical X instead, and create the Powerpuff Girls. Now, to get a hairy ape with a big brain... Maybe I'll create another planet so all you humans can destroy it again, as you did Earth. Galactus would obviously take care of all of you then. Muahahaha.
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
I say soda, which my friends like to correct me upon. It is a region thing, American's tend to call it soda, and us Canadian's like to call it pop. It was just how I was brought up saying things. I even call the weather out by Fahrenheit, rather Celsius.
Pop, though I said "soda" before moving to America, and switched terms to go along with what everyone else were saying (North Dakota, if anyone's wondering about which region this "pop"-place is in).
