Hey everybody. I've been out at a conference the past week and haven't been able to get on the internet, and it hit me how much i missed hanging out on NL. Yeah, the conference was GREAT, and i was with all of my friends, but i still missed my daily jaunt though NL Parks. As i was thinking about this, i realized it was kinda funny because i've only been around since August. I've not even been around for half a year, and yet you guys have become real friends to me. I've not met one of you in person. And yet, i cannot think of one NL user who i would not consider already a true friend. You have ALL become real friends to me in such a short time. So i thought instead of writing a generic New Year's message, or just posting on the thread already up, i would instead, just thank you all for being such great people, being so open and friendly, being so cool and so much fun, and for taking me in and making me a part of your group. I'm very thankful for all of you and all my new NL friendships that (sappy as i know that it sounds) i will never forget. Thank you all, keep doing what you're doing, and i look forward to many new years with my NintendoLife family.

Bro2, it says a lot that you took the time to mention so many here by name. For my part - and I'm sure many would echo my sentiments - I appreciate and share your commaraderie with those to whom I sincerely refer as friends, yourself included.

Awwww shucks. Why thank-you sir! I dig this site and the peeps who are on it too. Lots of mature people here even considering the broad age range. The mods do an excellent job of maintaining order when the (VERY rare) crazy thread pops up. Even when I'm on a Wii-hiatus, as I have been for the last month or two, I still enjoy coming here!
