I'm (sadly) fairly certain that that's only Terra in that picture... it looks almost exactly like Dissidia's Terra model (she was blonde in her normal outfit in said game) except for that costume... and it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen Celes wear so...

Big news everyone. A FF8 character has been confirmed. Is it Seifer? no. Rinoa? no. Selphie? doh heck no. It's Laguna Loire that joins the never ending battle. The link also contians a big change to the aspects of story mode
...Square Enix, you seriously rock. All the people announced so far... brilliant. Except for Vaan, but I get that main characters are kinda shoo-ins.

Oh boy do I have a lot of stuff to announce. All links are at the very end before i begin BTW
First, the alternate's for the FF8 and FF3 characters as well as confirmed their 3rd offical stage, The Crystal Tower from FF3 Second, the Japanese Dissidia 012 site has been updated to show Vaan taking on Tifa and Laguna facing lightning. Third, story mode will use a world map instead of what they had last game. Detials are below.
And that's about it except maybe... Who do you think is going to be revealed at Jump Fiesta this week?
OK guys I'm going to give you a quick recap on the whole character/ stage situation.
FF1: likely a stage FF2: Last floor of Pandaemonium(unoffically confirmed) FF3: Crystal Tower FF4: Kain FF5: At this point, Gilgamesh FF6: Phantom Train (reports at Jump Festa say that it was shown when the Onion knight and Vaan were talking in the closed trailer) FF7: Tifa FF8: The man with the machine gun FF9: Prima Vista (see FF2) FF10: Yuna (Yuna is shown walking barefoot on water but only her feet and kimono can be seen again in the closed trailer). More info about this later on FF11: A villian FF12: Vaan and SFB FF13: Lightning, Orphan's Cradle And that's about it. I'll see if I can any more info for the time being.
@Gmls: You spelt Kain wrong methinks. I wonder if Yuna will be in it? That would be cool.
Yeah I did thanks for telling me. And yeah I'm fairly certian that Yuna is in 012 so it will be interesting how the summenor/gunner jobs play out for Yuna.

Well here's some news. According to a Japanese blog site, The FF12 Gilgamesh is in the game as a summon which means that either A: There will be 2 Gilgamesh's or B: Gilgamesh will NOT be a playable character which in that case the backlash by fans is going to be huge.
Just ignore all of that. News has been very sketchy since Jump Festa started and I'm sorry for the inconvienience
New detials came out recently. Tetsya Nomura shares a few additional comments on Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy in this week's Famitsu. Nomura tells the magazine that there are additional character announcements on the way, including character(s) from the Super NES Final Fantasy games. Also, it looks like the original's story will be included in Duodecim.
