And now the part that makes no sense to me. We get a new character but it's not Characters like Locke or Vivi, no it a new form of Choas called Desperado Choas. Now here's what I would like to know Square, what was that oh yes, why waste a roster spot on something that just a weaker form of the final boss on the first game, When you could have used that roster spot on someone like Vivi or Locke or even Xande. @Gmls719 No spoilers, really. Just put that out there for those who wanted to be surprised by the tracks in the game. And you're welcome.
@zezhyrule I can't wait to hear the "A Place To Call Home" rearrange. The "Blinded By Light" remix is similar to the original, but still great. Just glad to see original Nascent Requiem, one of the most epic final boss songs ever! Wish they'd included "The Battle for Freedom" last boss music from XII, but in something like this there's always going to be something you feel they missed. Especially when there's probably hundreds of worthy FF songs over the years, especially by Nobuo Uematsu. What hurts most to me is no "Prelude to the Void", maybe my favorite FF piece ever. Especially when they chose another dark, mysterious track (Dungeon), and ExDeath in the game with his Void obsession.
@Betelgeuse: I was listening to the album preview on iTunes, and thought "You're Not Alone" sounded way to similar to the original. Than I realized it was xP and imo, Blinded by Light sounds downgraded from the original, which I liked way more :/

Well, I feel like a dumb dumb. Battle for Freedom is one of tracks in this game, then I mentioned it NOT being in. Teach me to read more closely what I post (blows own brains out with finger gun). I went ahead and got the OST. The Final Fantasy theme here is maybe the best version I've ever heard. Truly epic! Almost brought tears to my eyes (ok, it did induce tears, but don't tell anyone... oops, just did that myself, DOH).

Yup. I'll be getting it. It'll make a nice distraction in the last week of wait for the main game... Which in turn will make a wonderful distraction in the final painful days waiting for the 3DS!
Yeah. There's actually quite a bit to it, with quite a few playable characters.
It also lets you transfer stuff you've unlocked in there to the main game, and gives you Aerith as an assist character there. So it acts as pretty awesome DLC as well.
I still go back to play it even though I have the full game.
