I really need to look through my old toys. I remember that I acted like a group of my toys were powerful heroes (the leader having some Super Sayain like transformations, in my mind), and they battled another group of my toys that were the villains.
They'd team up every Christmas though, to do battle with the ultra powerful Christmas decorations (which were evil for some reason, lol). The angel on top of the tree was really a fake, or something along those lines.
I used to have so many Dragonball action figures, I thought it was the coolest thing in the universe, especially Vegeta. I had like, 5 different action figures of him, lol.

@Tasuki - Yeah, same here. I can kick myself for not holding on to my old toys. Got rid of the whole bunch. Oh well, live and learn. I'll probably end buying most of 'em back for my games room.

Yeah, I never had any DBZ toys (except for a Burger King Goku toy), but my cousin had a bunch, & I thought they were so awesome!

Oh! This thread has encouraged me to look through my closet, and the first thing I found was a wicked looking dragon, that I remember was the leader of my "evil" toys.
It's purple, has green eyes, twin heads (one detachable), with grey spikes along it's back.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know what it's from, or is it just a random dragon toy?
Can't wait to see what I unearth next

My dad came home with these a few months ago. There was a flood at our old house and they started digging out everything from storage to prevent damage.
I really love legos, my parents never got me too many of them. Guess I was too careless.
I did have one of the original bionicles and it was pretty awesome, it was my favorite toy for a while until during a vacation my dad needed a box to store something last minute. He used the [already stored and safe in a bag] plastic container of the toy and left the bionicle outside. Never saw it again.
My Brother has a bunch of Bionicles, they look so awesome.
I never got any (I don't think), since they are too easy to make.
Oh man, I loved LEGO! My cousin had some of the sets (he had a Star Wars one, from what I can remember), but all I ever got was a tub of blocks
I did eventually get one little set though, a police officer & bike, and I still have that little guy proudly displayed on my table, lol.
Star Wars LEGOs are amazing, I don't have much Star Wars LEGOs but I kind of want some now.
Apparently I'm getting one for Christmas (a store called Argos is having a 3 for 2 offer on all of their toys that includes expensive LEGO sets, and my Mom is getting a trampoline for €150 and my Brother is getting a LEGO for about €130, so my Mom said I can have one too since it's pretty much free! ).
I remember having one christmas in the early 90's(93 or 94) dedicated to Pirates Lego and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers(especially!), probably the most exciting christmas of my entire life. I'm shooting myself in the foot for getting rid of it all! My parents spent over $1000 each on my brother and I, glorious times indeedy! haha.
I have one of the newer pirate sets somewhere, it came with an octopus.
Looks pretty cool.
About 5-6 years back there was a really cool Knights series with an evil skeleton army. I bought one set and haven't been able to stop collecting since.
Probably have about AU$10 000 worth (on top of what I had as a child)
No regrets. Never. I've even managed to find some vintage stuff from garage sales (got 7kg for $50 @#%%#ing score!)
I was thinking of LEGO Alpha Team, but that's secret agents instead of knights, but it has an evil skeleton guy in some of the sets.
@Cyb3Rnite I remember those. I myself had a Charizard, Zapdos and Rhydon kit way back, but I always wanted to nab a Scyther kit. Aside from that though, my childhood toys were mostly Beast wars and the Rokman and Rockman X model kits from Bandai:
I also had the kits of Tengu man and Sword man from Mega man 8 and Bit from Mega man X3 but they were all lost to time.
At least the Pterodactyl was awesome...in the show.
Terrosaur (the pterodactyl) was given the worst death ever in the show and was a waste of starscream-level potential. Seeing that Waspinator and Rhinox are getting the Generation treatment, I only wish Him and Rattrap get new moulds. They were cool back then but now they seem a bit basic (well, they were basic sizes).
@Karakuto The Japanese versions didn't come with the Shadow Armor parts, I think. Plus you had to assemble them yourself.
**sighhhh**.... those crazy afternoons throwing stuff all over the place trying to fit random crap together instead of reading the instructions. Goooood times.
@Cyb3Rnite are you kidding? Assembling the figure was half of the fun of owning it, felt like a next gen lego set too. In the case of Tengu and Sword man, you also had to assemble the base, but they are Vanilla compared to the Gundam kits. I would have gotten the gundam kits too but they were leagues away from my budget.
Also, I never recalled the Rockman Bandai kits ever getting an official Overseas release(ie official translations on descriptions) so the Japanese kits did receive the Shadow parts, but only in the last reissue of the figures:

Yeah it is but unfortunately more expensive because of the SW brand, but cheaper than LOTR which is ridiculously overpriced.
Oh hey I had seen that one yesterday when I googled... But I thought it wouldn't be it because it hardly looks purple (with green) at all xD
Yeah, the lighting in that photo washes out the color to make it look more grey than purple, and it's eyes are so small you can't tell they're green (in the photo), but that's definitely it.
