Most of the F-Zero tracks, from all the games. I can't remember names. Some of the race tracks from Pod Racer 64 were great, too. The most memorable though, of all racing games for me, have to be the boss fights from Diddy Kong Racing. The race against the Dragon through the windmill level is just so awesome.. it wasn't very easy either.
Pretty much any Shibuya track at night. I like any city track at night and any mountain track in the daytime. Also the Shinobi and Skies of Arcadia stages from Sonic Racing Transformed are pretty great.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
