Well i have been around for a while, but i don't comment often, and when i do i feel it's usually ignored... so 4/10 tops, it's most likely a 3 though.

When I made a herd of Utahraptor attack each other using a well-planned Prestidigitation spell in D&D. I (the party's wizard) used the spell to make the leader smell like raw meat.

In skyward sword where you (spoiler) fight like a thousand moblins/boboklins to then go fight giriham who turns into a sword (which makes you look like an idiot and therefore does not make you a boss) but then you fight a god and kill him which really makes you feel like a boss.
Megaman X's armor upgrades... In the beginning of the game we can see X coming off as a weakling, seeing that he was easily defeated by the first boss. But as he progresses through the story, he encounters four different capsules that grant him power to reach his full potential. When I first played it, I immediately thought X was going super saiyan. The form made him look elite and his abilities were overpowered... And it felt so good. Also, the Haduken was pure icing on the cake. (not to mention, the rider armor mech was pure testosteron filled Awesomeness)
