Also,How Much is RPG Maker VX Ace? I was Thinking about using that,But if I have to pay,Then it's a No-Go. O_O
Those sprites are great and devious if i told you here it would be against rules since it involves hacking. You can google it though or ask around on the pokemon community website.

RPG Maker is not hacking. He's creating his own, separate project from a pokemon game. Using sprites is not hacking.
