FMA: Brotherhood, hands down. It's only one of two anime in the past few years (the other being InuYasha: the Final Act) that literally had me hyped up every minute I watched it. excellent series.
Champloo was overall a fun show with some great action scenes, but Rap and Samurai just aren't a good mix, IMHO.

Rap, Hip-Hop, it's all the same to me (never really been into that sort of thing).
As I said before, Champloo was a very stylish show (and fun), it just wasn't for me.
